Very happy with the doors. Jelly and his team Jarnail and Harpreet were super friendly and professional. Windows arrived quickly and are excellent quality. We had a minor issue with the fit on one of the windows but this was dealt with quickly and professionally by Dean. Excellent company, would highly recommend.

Extremely happy with the doors I got from Bifold Door Factory. They look great and the service has been excellent. My fitters (Jarnail and Harpreet) were perfect, working until it was dark to have the doors finished. They then came back the next day to do finishing touches in the daylight. I recently had the pleasure of having new Bifold doors fitted by The Bifold Door Company in my home, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations.

We were in the middle of a full property renovation and the Bi-Fold Door agent who visited our property (Dean) dealt with us professionally and provided additional information to help us understand the process, He even offered additional advice on other areas of our renovation (kitchen windows) which we could enhance, we have followed this advice to our benefit. The builders we used for our renovation unfortunately were not as professional as Dean and his team and actually smashed one of our bifold doors after installation. Thankfully Dean and his team, Jarnail and Maninder, were able to not only replace the glass, but also any trims that were also damaged and scratched by said incompetent builders. Jarnail and Maninder also went out of their way to re-install the frame and the doors (with consolation of the new builder) due to the poor work the previous builder had done after the initial installation. they did this over a weekend so it was convenient for me. They were prompt and didn't leave on the Sunday evening until the job was finished, I'm not even sure they took a lunch. I honestly can't sing the praises of Dean, Harj, Jarnail, and Maninder enough, I only wish the other contractors we have met during this project were half as professional.

Our experience of Bifold Door factory has been excellent from the point contact was first made to the delivery and installation. All deadlines were adhered to as were the budgets. Really impressed and would recommend them to anyone. We are absolutely thrilled with our Cortizo sliding doors.

We needed 3 sets of bifold doors to replace some old (19 yrs) wooden bifolds which were rotting. I did a significant amount of research before deciding which doors to order and who to order them from. I found Aluminium Trade Supplies website very helpful. I visited a few showrooms and looked at multiple doors including Schuco, Origin, Solarlux, Kloeber (which are almost identical to Schuco, but more expensive) Sunflex and Cortizo.
I decided on Schuco doors, German designed with double rollers/ tracks, which I saw at a number of showrooms.
From chatting to different salesmen it became clear that many “suppliers” actually use third-party fabricators (to make the doors (of whatever brand) which the supplier then fits and some fabricators are better than others. I wanted the fabricator of the doors to be the same as the fitter, so there could be no argument/ finger pointing as who was responsible if things should go wrong. Bifold Doors are one of the largest fabricators of doors in the South of England and outside their showroom/ factory in W London you can see the raw materials which are fabricated in the factory.
Apart from both fabricating and fitting, they also had excellent reviews, were one of the recommended suppliers on Aluminium Trade Supplies and were very competitive price-wise versus the other quotes I received. Ultimately, after visiting their showroom a couple of times and some number-crunching I decided on one set of Schuco doors (the main ones) and two sets of Cortizo doors.
There was a 6 week wait from ordering (and paying a staged-payment) to delivery/ fitting, which itself took 2 days (3 sets of doors). The guys were polite and did a great job, cleaning up after fitting. All doors open easily and the locks are smooth and in the 3 months we have had them we have had no problems. I did question why the Schuco doors appeared to have a screw missing in 7 of the 9 hinges and sent various photos asking for someone to come back to fit the “missing” screws. This was arranged, and it turns out that the screws were in fact in there, but were grub screw and were in quite deep, so could not be seen in the hole without a torch. So it was my mistake, but the fact that Harj at Bifold doors kept on top of my emails and swiftly and repeatedly responded to them shows the customer service is excellent.

Great experience from start to finish. They came to site quickly to give a quote, produced the doors in line with the timescale they said at the outset (6-8 weeks), and then organised a team to fit it promptly. The fitting team, led by Jelly, came out to fit the doors but the space prepared for them wasn't quite right (my bag - the previous doors had been removed but the floor not made flat enough for the new doors to be fitted). Jelly waited around for two hours for my builder to come so he could take him through what they needed to fit the doors next time. This was then sorted and Jelly and the team (the aptly named Happy and Gopi) came back promptly (thanks Harj in the office for sorting this). And the fitting of the doors was excellent, the team were personable, professional and amusing to have around (cricket world cup chat a plenty). I couldn't fault them. Jelly went above and beyond to make sure the fitting was first rate and i couldn't recommend them more highly.

They're sensibly priced, answer emails, gave an accurate timeframe (7-9 weeks from sign off of survey) and installed really well.

You get what you pay for.

In windows, nearly every company wants 90% of the payment before windows are even delivered to site so once you have paid chunky deposits, you are at their mercy. These guys kept to their word on everything which I really appreciated.

The only thing to improve on is that they need another surveyor which I understand they're recruiting for.

But otherwise, thank you to the whole team. Wouldn't hesitate in referring you and indeed I have done to two friends who need a similar job to mine.

I am very pleased with the windows and door installed in my house. The guys who came to fit them for me Jarnail & Maninder were amazing, every detail was considered and they made sure each window was placed where I need it in the opening so that my outside and inside finish would work. They were extremely understanding with regards to working with my builders. They insured that the windows were fitted to a high standard and with a great eye for detail. Everything was well explained clearly to me. The guys went above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend them.

We had great service 88n Bifold door Factory with attention to detail from first enquiries with Sam in the sale team, followed by Constantine doing perfect survey and explaining all relevant details. Installation team was equally great : Jelly, Gaby, Money and Terry were brilliant today. They arrived on time and after having cup of tea we had a productive day. Their attention to detail was commendable: Gabi even painted the screws with a tiny brash to match the frame, Terry's calm approach made me calm, Money was very attentive and Jelly organised well and paid attention to finishing touches as it was his own house. Great team, focused on work and with sense of humour, and all finished before the thunderstorm! We are very happy with our new Cortizo sliding door.

I spent £6k on windows and doors. Brilliant service and quality of product. Very engaging throughout and great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

We had a Schuco door, window and set of bi fold doors installed in 2015. The bi folds have been repaired a couple of times - minor repairs - and we had to have the glass to one door replaced due to an attempted burglary. The recent repair involved the locking mechanism for the bi fold. Jelly did a good job replacing the locking mechanism and explaining everything. We are pleased with the repair and have now received 2 invoices to cover the initial call out charge and repair.

Jarnail & Maninder provided an excellent after-support service for our Schuco door.

Jelly also provided a lot of useful information on the maintenance of the door.

Really happy with the sliding doors provided and fitted by the bifold door company. Gopi, Harpeet and Jas did a great job fitting the doors and were polite, tidy and diligent in their work.

Just had sliding doors fitted by jelly and money. I’ve watched fitters before and these guys are head and shoulders above all rest out there. They took the time to involve me in the installation, took real care to ensure everything was perfect and their eye for the little details was exceptional.
