The seller offered delivery to my location; obviously they couldn't be bothered to send it as they told the online platform that I wished to cancel the transaction...that is completely untrue. Disgraceful behaviour that damages faith in online sales platforms.
This company is one big fraud! They dont take responsibility for the products they sell. I am still waiting for a solution on the products they sold me. The product was not according the manual!
I was a bit nervous after reading quite variable reviews but the price of my high end blanco sink was excellent so I went for it. I sent emails crosschecking the model and the order process and I got immediate and helpful replies to my queries. The sink has been delivered very promptly with clear tracking information via DHL

Warranty for Franke kitchen tap has been refused, told to communicate with manufacturer, whilst manufacturer claims that it is seller responsibility.
They did not use the address provided by me and PayPal so my items could not be delivered. They said I would have to sort it out in the UK and no replacements could be sent until I returned the items (which could not be delivered!) I spent hours on this. Almost a month later the order arrived but the Franke tap they sent was sent damaged, in an open box inside the Bielmeier packaging. 10 days after receiving the returned tap I had to write for them to process a refund. They answer emails but not the phone and they apologise - but they don't do anything. Poor service
I placed an order Thursday and it was delivered in Denmark following Tuesday. Would definitely recommend them
