I have bought two pack of bic flex 4 razors, oh my god the worst razirs l have ever used, si hard so irritating and shaving with them is like a torture the bkades are dull not sharp at all how can bic sell such products!!!!

Bought a set of pens and they all stopped working after about a month despite having nearly full ink. Would never buy from this company again.

What happened to Bic the lighter's stink now lucky to last a few days. Waste of money.

l brought a bic gas lighter last week it the worst gas lighter ever used it was u110 mega you need two hands to use it 28

All they did was just quit putting fluid into the lighter. So you gotta buy them more often. You get it lighter, and it only lasts a week back in the day it used to last 6 months, 9 months just just a way to get the consumer to pay more and not provide a decent service.

I've been using Bic lighters for 35 year's and they've always been extremely reliable, lighting on the first strike almost every time. In the past year though I've gotten 3 lighters out of 6 that sometimes took up to 72 strikes to light. Worst of all one was there special all black lighter that cast about 60% more than normal. 72 is ridiculous, quality at Bic has obviously gone way down hill. I'm now looking for a new brand after 35 years of loyalty.

Dude your full size bic lighters SUCK!!!!! Half the lighter fluid. You're screwing your own business up you idiots. I bought 150 lighters off of eBay $15.99 and 1 will last close to 3 months instead of 2 weeks like your garbage. You will lose business,and don't give a damn what you think. You make them but you forget the most important people in the world, customers. Business is Customers and nothing but customers.
Companies forget very easily in these dumbass years that customers run your company . No customers, no money and it is that simple that even you dumbass idiots can understand so pull your head out and pay attention or no more Bic.

Hello been buying bic lighter for long notice last couple of years very hard to strike and about tearing up my fingers so I buying scripto lighters so much easier to use

They used to be great lighters unlike cheap lighters but here lately it seems like your lighters are cheap and don't last like they used to my lighter fell apart on me while using it like a cheap crack lighter

Purchased the full system, handle and blades to try out, big mistake.
Lucky to get two shaves out of one blade. Blunt blades. Scrape & drags.
Worst system I've ever bought & I'm in my 70s. Binned the lot, will never touch any bicc product again.

I bought a BIC correction tape and it was a complete disappointment. As soon as I tried to use it, the tape detached and I couldn’t get it back into place. On top of that, it didn’t stick to the paper at all — the entire strip just lifted off, making it completely useless.

This is extremely frustrating, especially coming from a well-known brand like BIC. I expected better quality. I would appreciate a refund or replacement, and I hope the company improves this product.

My dad used a razor out brand new out the pack and had shave and his face started swelling up and leaking out his face but his used them razors b4 and never happened

I wish I could give you zero stars, the costumer service for BIC lighters would also get a zero lower if possible. Bought a 50 pack of lighters from Amazon and the quality just wasn’t there, noticed this from store bought brands in the last couple of years. I emailed BIC about the quality of their product the c.s.rep got back and asked if I would send some lighter to them for testing, I went ahead and did this. Six weeks or longer haven’t heard anything, reached out to same rep. who asked for receipt for lighter nothing about the test. Send receipts and she answers back that product is fake and I need to deal with Amazon, keep in mind we’re going on to three months. I feel that BIC completely ignored me, stealing some lighters from me. She also lied to me about BIC contacting Amazon, who made the whole thing right even after 3months and gave me a gift card for the headache. Amazon knows costumer service, BIC has no idea, will never purchase again and will try others to do the same.

The pen is full of ink and new but guess what it has already ran out and it has been through 3 minutes of writing. Most of the black pens i get are from BIC but now it’s rlly starting to be a bargain! it’s not worth its price, whether its on offer or not

BIC DIDN'T HONOR IT'S BIC LIGHTER WARRANTY. COULD'T SPEAK TO CS REP-COMPLETE EMAIL RUN-A-ROUND!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I FINALLY GOT A COUPON IN THE MAIL AFTER WEEKS BUT IT WAS ONLY GOOD IF I MADE ANOTHER PURCHASE!! RIDICULOUS. BIC, CLEARLY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND IT'S PRODUCTS. I HAD TO SHIP THE DEFECTS BACK WHICH COST MORE THAN THE LIGHTERS
