I ended up losing around $1,600
I had a terrible experience with this exchange. I deposited 400 USDT of my hard-earned money and traded the HOME/USDT pair using an arbitrage/hedging strategy between two exchanges, which involved multiple transactions in a short period.

After I made some profit, my withdrawal was suddenly restricted and my account was flagged for “abnormal trading behavior.” Support told me the review could take 15–20 business days.

After 10 days of continuous follow-ups, they questioned why I focused on the HOME pair and made frequent trades. I explained everything honestly and cooperated fully.

In the end, I was only allowed to withdraw my original 400 USDT. Because of the situation and the resulting losses on the other side of my trades, I ended up losing around $1,600.

This experience completely destroyed my trust in this exchange. If your account can suddenly be restricted after profitable trading based on an internal “risk control” decision, think twice before putting your hard-earned money here.

Customer service is thoughtful and personable. My go to centralized exchange in the US.

I have been using Biconomy for about 9 months. Positive experience. I have interacted with their support team multiple times and they have resolved the issue promptly and correctly everytime.

​I am issuing a formal warning regarding Biconomy Exchange. They are withholding $6,372.88 USDT worth of my assets (63,710 CNT tokens) and avoiding their custodial duties.
​Asset Misappropriation: Support attempted to settle my $6,372.88 USDT investment by offering 10 USDT, mistakenly confusing my trading execution fee ($7.93 USDT) with my total capital.
​Contradictory Custody Claims: Biconomy admitted in writing that they hold my old-contract tokens, yet refuse to assist with the token migration or permit on-chain transfers, shifting liability onto the project team.
​Breach of Commitment: They previously committed via email to assist with transferring the tokens, but have gone back on their written agreement.
​Holding $6,372.88 of user capital while offering 10 USDT and denying withdrawals constitutes a total breach of trust. I demand immediate intervention from Senior Management to execute the token migration or process a full compensation of $6,372.88 USDT.

Biconomy Exchange and the Scam They Pulled on My Account
When I tried to withdraw my funds, I was shocked to find that every withdrawal request was rejected. Imagine using an exchange that refuses to let you withdraw nearly $3,000 of your own money. Shortly afterward, they suspended my account from both withdrawals and trading.
After contacting customer support, I was told that my account had been placed under risk control. And do you know what the reason was?
Unbelievable.
They claimed it was because I had made a profit of 504 USDT from trading the VANRY/USDT pair.
Just imagine that—for making a profit of only 504 USDT on a single trade, they suspended my account and prevented me from withdrawing my funds.
When I repeatedly asked support to give me the exact reason for the action taken against my account, they kept giving vague explanations about a price deviation, a token contract migration, and other excuses that made no sense. It was nothing more than an attempt to justify what they had done.
In reality, there was no evidence of any of the issues they claimed.
And even if there had been, why didn't they simply suspend trading on the VANRY/USDT pair, as legitimate and trustworthy exchanges normally do? Even now, the trading pair remains active, and there has been no abnormal price movement as they claimed.
I still can't believe what happened to me.
In the end, they deducted 1,000 USDT from my account before allowing me to withdraw my remaining funds. I had no choice but to accept because I wanted to recover whatever I could from this exchange.
What's even more unbelievable is that they initially insisted the issue was related only to my VANRY/USDT trade, where my total profit was 504 USDT. Yet they ended up taking 1,000 USDT from my account.
What kind of scam is this? What kind of fraud is this? How can an exchange simply take people's money like this?
I decided to share my experience so that others can be aware of what happened to me. I will publish this story across social media platforms, cryptocurrency communities, forums, and discussion groups to warn others before they choose to trust or trade with this exchange.

UPD: not only they don't wont to refund my money but they are now asking to pay them back 230 USDT!

This is a classic scam exchenge. If you loose money you are welcome. If you start making profits - you are doing something illegal. I made just two trades and my account balance was 470 USDT, then they decide to confiscate 350 and give me only 120 of the "principal". They way they do it is also bad- they ask you to agree to withdraw whatever they let you withdraw, otherwise they will keep your money blocked forever. Don't use!!! my UID: 51548498

They won't give me my money. I email them. The risk control unit has blocked my assets and won't let me withdraw them. They are scamming you and they won't answer you.

It is the exchange where I ever used in my life. First we trade here .when sometimes spend for trading they banned accounts with no reason. Don't be used this exchange and I also reported too much because they have injustice with me.i have trading here simple buying and selling .they deduct my fund . They said original asset remains but they cut my whole fund .

Halted deposits in the middle of transactions for over 9 hours with zero explanations. Could not sell what was transferred until after coin lost 99.99% of its value. Zero explanations and zero refunds for their error.

"Dexrp" was listed, then delisted, and searching in the search bar provides no information anymore, pure theft. I hope the Dexrp owners go after these people.

account freezes after a win, biconomy should have clear, automated KYC checks that happen before a trade is placed, not just when a user tries to withdraw

Honestly I was a bit skeptical at first when trying out a new exchange but Biconomy really surprised me with how smooth everything runs on their app. I had a small issue with my deposit not showing up instantly so I reached out to their live chat and the support team sorted it out in less than five minutes which is way faster than some of the bigger exchanges I've used before. The interface is super clean and easy to navigate even if you're just starting out and I actually enjoy trading here because the whole process feels very straightforward and secure.

Biconomy's website is pretty neat, they explain what they do and it's actually easy to understand. They're all about making crypto transactions simpler for devs, which is cool 🚀.

Honestly though, I think they could do with some more examples or something to make it clearer for people who aren't already in the crypto space. Docs are alright, but kinda dry if you're trying to get someone excited about building stuff .

If you're building a crypto project and need to simplify transactions, Biconomy's worth checking out, I guess.
