Bianchi is a little bit hard to deal with…

Bianchi is a little bit hard to deal with when trying to reach them, either before or after the purchase. You usually will be redirected to "your local reseller", or don't get a reply at all. If you're used to consumer tech support (phones, tablets, etc.), this can be very annoying.

I've bought a frame kit, and there was a visual imperfection in it. After dealing with the mentioned reseller in the middle (which made every conversation rather painful, since you have to rely on them to relay the information correctly), I did get a full replacement of the frame, no questions asked — so after all, the service was good.

I just wished there was more direct, reliable premium support.

Specialissima Pro purchase and reaction from Bianchi

I recently purchased a Specialissima Pro Ultegra Di2 from an authorized dealer in Italy. This experience was substandard in several respects, and I refused the delivery of the bike.

The dealer was both incompetent and unprofessional. They engaged in a pattern of harassment and tried to claw back the shipping fee even though PayPal, the payment method I used, prohibits them from doing so.

When I posted my first review regarding this transaction on this page, Bianchi requested additional information from me, which I provided. About a month after providing proof of the transaction and the order number, the review went offline. Alledgedly due to a breach of reviewer guidelines.

I'm not aware of breaching any guidelines. My reviews are all authentic and honest. Despite providing additional information to Bianchi, I have never heard from them. Instead, this information was apparently used to remove my review.

I own another Bianchi, an Axis gravel bike, which served me well. This prompted me to purchase the Specialissima Pro. Unfortunately, seeing how both Bianchi and their Italian dealer behaved towards me and how they take information provided by Trustpilot, but continue to engage in inappropriate conduct, has ended my relationship with this brand.

I refuse to waste my time and money. What was a fair 3-star review turned into a solid one-star and a lost customer. Bye-bye Bianchi.

Purchased a Bianchi Infinito XE brand…

Purchased a Bianchi Infinito XE brand new in December 2022. I subsequently decided to upgrade the seatpost to a carbon one. The Bianchi website product parts and accessories is woefully out of date, it took me and the UK Dealer weeks to get a part number and subsequently order. The seatpost came without a seat clamp, took another 8 days and constant badgering to get the part number, I actually got it before the dealer. The whole process has been around 6 weeks and I still don't have the saddle clamp yet although on order. I only hope I never require a spare part due to a failure of any kind. I get the impression that Bianchi could care less about the UK market
