I was readily able to do a dual-factor…
I was readily able to do a dual-factor verification of an order using a new credit card. The advice on the B&H site suggested contacting my card issuer but a text message appeared immediately on my phone, where I simply entered "Y" to authorize the card and when I got back to the site in a about 30 seconds, the order was able to go through.
