As a result of a self-imposed back injury I have had four sessions with this well known and respected local team of osteopaths. After my treatment was successfully concluded I have to say that Charlotte Martin has exceptional inter-personal, and professional skills. I therefore rate her very highly. All the staff I have met there are polite, kind, and everything you would expect them to be!
Joe Dowling is a most professional and helpful osteopath. He investigated the issues surrounding my back pain and treated them sympathetically and successfully. I will continue to use the practice when the need arises. I recommend Bessels Green Osteopaths to anyone suffering pain.
I cant rate this practise high enough. I was in a lot of pain and Joe Dowling fitted me in during this crises. It is set up professionally you are asked to stay in the car and he comes out to greet you as there is no waiting room during these hard times.Offers hand sanitiser and walks you through the treatment room, you are requested to wear a mask. I have been with this practise for many years and they are extremely professional and experienced-without them i dont think i would be walking. I felt completely safe as all the procedure for Covid-19 was in place. Thank you for your service.
