Still don’t have my item

Style is lovely and classy.

My order was not shipped out until 10 days after place my order. I did not receive my items in time for an important trip despite paying for expedite shipping. Very disappointing given this was my first experience with BFYNE.

I sent the following email on February 19th at 10:37 am, Eastern Standard time, prior to me purchasing the swimsuit:

Hello,

I just subscribe to the website a few short minutes ago and received my coupon code. However, when I enter in the coupons code, a message appears stating the code is expired.

I would like to use the 10% discount that was promised to me for this purchase.

I have yet to have anyone respond despite being notified that someone would reach out to me within 24-48 hours.

I purchased 2 swimwear from this site/company. Tried to do a return was told I should have checked the measurements on the site before purchasing. I wear both a Lg and XL but should have known better because all the models on the site looks like a pencil. I have several LG and XL I purchased from other site and they fit perfectly. I Will not be purchasing from this site again.

2 day delivery took a week wrong size sent will not accept return but the outfit was a hit

Good material, fit me perfectly but one thing it was a bit to long. I love it. The company customer service is excellent. I will oder from the again.

Good quality suits unique designs loved 🥰 wearing them

Because website stated an item was available but later I was sent an email telling me to purchase another item because what I chose was not available.

Disappointed, made my first purchase. The swimsuit runs so tiny. I am a small ordered small it looks like it's for a child. Bfyne refused to exchange although every tag & liner are on swimsuit.

The smoothness of the whole experience. Excellent merchandise quality.
A bit too pricey
I ordered from Canada (Toronto) and the fees for shipping/ delivery are a definite killer. Perhaps think of having a point of contact here for pick up, exchange … etc.
Overall it was a good experience, will recommend and continue to support your company/brand. Wish you success.

Poor quality to my shawls, the bathing suits are too thin, overpriced for something so cheaply made, I’ve gotten shawls from here before but the print was so see through and so poorly done, im very upset, will be the last time I shop here.

I wish I could provide a higher rating, but customer service is everything. I attempted to return my purchase with the hopes of receiving a store credit. However, I didn’t realize purchasing an item with even a slight promotion or discount will prevent a return or exchange. Apparently it is noted in their very limited 3 day return/exchange policy. They refused to budge on this and chose to reply with how much I paid (I believe I saved $50) in comparison to regular price. It was tacky, especially when I never debated purchasing during a promotional sale. Not to mention I would have paid the extra $50 if it meant I could return an item that doesn’t fit me.

They seemingly do not care about returning customers or the experience received after your money is paid. I was a first time customer, but I won’t purchase from them again.

I have a birthday trip coming up next week, so I ordered a few bathing suits from this company with expedited shipping. After I didn’t receive a tracking number a few days later, I reached out to customer service to inquire and they told me that I chose standard shipping when I checked out! They however still expedited it to make sure I got it in time for my birthday! They responded and resolved my matter so quickly and they were really nice about it. My order is now arriving on Monday and I am so excited!
