Bad customer service with no response
I have called the customer service today exactly at 9 am and still holding the phone for nearly an hour which was put me into to the Queue position of 55 surprisingly.I don’t realise how the statics works.
Which corner of the world @ 9 am first thing in the morning anyone will be queuing up for 55.
I am sure it’s a scam and not at all trust worthy.
Every time I am calling customer service it’s automatically go up to 50 plus queue position and ask us to press 1 for call back but they never call back or not respond to emails.
