Extremely disappointed with my experience with Betway. I have been a customer using their platform, and I never expected to have my account closed indefinitely while also being told that my funds could be kept by the company.

Betway informed me that a “management decision” was made to permanently close my account and that the decision could not be overturned. When I asked for clarification and a fair review, I was only referred to their Terms and Conditions, specifically Term 7, without a clear explanation of what exact issue they believe applies to my situation.

There was approximately $2,700 in my account, made up of legitimate funds, including my own deposits and winnings from bets placed on their platform. I understand that companies have policies and the right to manage their accounts, but closing an account should not mean a customer automatically loses access to legitimate money without a clear explanation and proper process.

What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency and customer support. Instead of providing a detailed reason, account history review, or a clear path to resolve the issue, I was simply told that nothing could be done and that my funds may be retained.

I believe customers deserve better communication, fairness, and accountability. If a company decides to close an account, they should still clearly explain the reason, provide a breakdown of any withheld funds, and offer a proper dispute process.

My experience with Betway has been extremely disappointing. Losing access to an account is one thing, but being told that approximately $2,700 can be kept without a satisfactory explanation is another. I hope Betway improves the way it handles situations like this because customers deserve to be treated fairly and with respect.

I used my boyfriend's account to deposit £10 for a bet and received a £40 free bet as a reward. On 23rd and 24th June, I won £112 from the free bet. However, when I tried to withdraw the money, my account was banned. I have explained that I need the funds to buy food, and today is 20th July, which means it has been almost a month since I first requested assistance with the withdrawal.

Is there anyone who can help me recover my £112? I keep being told to wait because the operations team is processing my case, but they haven't provided any time frame for when it will be resolved. This feels like a scam, and I have no idea when I will get my money back.

I requested a withdrawal on July 1st, and I still have not received my money.

I have contacted the live chat support multiple times and followed every instruction they provided. I also submitted all of the requested verification documents, and they confirmed that my documents have been successfully verified. However, they keep telling me that their verification team only needs to approve the withdrawal before it can be processed. I have been hearing the same explanation for more than a week, with no progress or payment.

This has been a very frustrating experience. I have done everything that was asked of me, yet my withdrawal remains pending without any clear reason or timeline.

Until Betway resolves my issue and processes my payment, I cannot recommend this website to anyone!

Got Locked out if my account today . They say you have 5 attempts to input the correct password before being locked out . after 4 failed attempts I tried to reset my password via the email on the account but was told it was locked and I needed to contact support.

Any other website , when forgetting your password , allows you to reset and change your password with ease by using a link sent via email .

My friend and I decided to create accounts for the World Cup final.

We read the terms and conditions and met all the requirements for receiving the free bets, but mine only arrived after 20 minutes, while my friend never received his at all. I’m a military veteran and genuinely Betway have effect my mental health. They have literally stolen from me and many other companies. They have no customer care and are based in Malta to prevent paying tax etc. Just register to Skybet or William Hill, not these absolute cowboys.

It was great when I first joined then it went downhill from there. All I ever win on free spins is 1 free spin and on the super wheel it should say deposit £10 and win 5 free spins because that's all I've ever won and I've never won anything on them.
