If u betting or on casino don't expect no cash out no time soon definitely 72 hours after u deposit u can cash out that's a hassle definitely sending in your information they mangers go play stupid but when u deposit they all happy and super helpful I promise a payout go take 3hrs just to process don't forget the wait and they process and the delay not 2-5days more like 2weeks- months for first time users maybe 1week-2 weeks for other users

I am a recovering from gambling addiction and I asked at least 20 times to not call, email, or message me one year ago and yet they continually call and message me I even talked with management and it did absolutely nothing obviously!!!!

I've been using this site for years, their customer service is very helpful and payouts are fast.

Placed $100 deposit and actually won $200 but went to request a payout with the live chat. The chat bot asks for another deposit! Lol so I email it the site and I get the response that the deposit needs a 72 hour window and today got hit with the mythic rollover of $2000. Lesson learned don’t not trust this site at all.

Customer service is excellent. Slots are enjoyable and there are plenty to choose from.

The two times I tried to withdrawl(finally after over $15,000 lost) i was hit with fake sportsbook rollover bs. I've never even did sports book. In other words betus is a fraud. Play at betonline. They are the real deal.

Bogus live betting. I have been screwed numerous times with score change before wager is accepted.

Most recent issue is the confirming time of bet. The timer keeps spinning like it’s finalizing but never does. I refreshed and one time it took the bet. Another time it didn’t. And it’s all my fault. My browser. My WiFi.

Well there really was no experience. I was offered a free casino chip in my secure inbox, and when I tried to claim it they said they wouldn't provide it, simply because they did not want to. I also got a promotional item from them in the mail at my home, a scratch and win card. So I scratched it, and I won. Atleast I thought so. Because when I contacted them and provided an image of my winning promotional card, they decided I was not going to be allowed to have that either. Its sleezy bait and switch, without the decency of a switch. You just get nothing. Thanks for nothing, punks.

I won $450 in cash off of $375 in free plays. They are saying that because I also received a $10 bonus, my max cashout is set at 5X ($50) and that the remaining $400 will be forfeited.

I signed up with BetUS and deposited $500 USD with no promotions or bonuses, just to play live roulette. I like to play slow and methodical. My style is to watch the wheel, observe patterns, track stats, and place a wager only when I feel confident.

After watching 3–4 spins at a live roulette table, I was suddenly kicked out with a message saying my session expired due to inactivity and that I needed to place a bet to continue. I thought it was odd but assumed it might be an issue with that table, so I moved to another live roulette wheel.

Same thing happened again.

At that point I figured maybe it was just the “live tables” (which honestly don’t even look that live), so I tried the video roulette tables instead. Exact same result: after 3–4 spins with no bet placed, I was booted for inactivity.

That’s when it really hit me — this casino forces you to bet every few rolls just to stay at the table. I’ve never experienced this kind of pressure in a real casino, or even most online casinos. This just isn’t how I play.

I contacted the VIP Casino Account Manager via chat and asked why I was being timed out for simply watching. Their response was that this is how their system is programmed and there is no way to change it.

At that point, I completely lost interest. I asked to withdraw my $500 deposit since I had no intention of gambling under pressure. I was then told I had to either:

Wait 72 hours before withdrawals are allowed, or

Go through a chargeback process that could take up to 20 days

Funny how it took 1–2 minutes to sign up and deposit, but days or weeks to get your money back.

If you’re someone who likes to take your time, observe, and play strategically, this is not the casino for you. BetUS clearly uses high-pressure tactics to push players into constant betting.

Total waste of my time. I hope my withdrawal goes smoothly after the 72 hours — at least it gives me time to leave this review.

BetUS is a bad bet in my opinion.

Anybody that signs up with them..don’t. Not only do they not give the free plays they offer but when confronted with the proof, they will gaslight you. For a company to reneg on free play and bonus offers is very sketchy. You can’t trust ever getting paid from a company like that. Santiago is the worst supervisor of the bunch. Avoid at all costs
