Bettilt withdrawal led to bank lien and support stopped responding
I had been using Bettilt normally for deposits and withdrawals without issues until a withdrawal transaction of approximately INR 40,000 later became linked to a disputed payout/payment trail.
The transaction reference was:
Transfer ID 76909205
UTR: 517664754661
As a result, Mahadevapura Police Station in Bangalore instructed Kotak Mahindra Bank to place a lien/freeze on my bank account. The current lien amount placed on my account is approximately INR 93,071.
I immediately contacted Bettilt support and provided all relevant details. My Bettilt case ticket ID is: A4CDF6.
Initially, I was informed that the matter had been forwarded to the finance department for checking. However, afterward my follow-up emails stopped receiving responses and my Bettilt account was permanently locked.
What concerns me most is the complete lack of cooperation once a serious compliance issue arose. I am not accused of fraud — I simply received a withdrawal from Bettilt as a normal customer and had no knowledge of any disputed source funds connected to the payout chain used by the platform or its payment provider.
I request Bettilt and its payment/service provider to:
* confirm the transaction was a legitimate withdrawal,
* cooperate with the bank/police investigation,
* assist in resolving the lien/freeze,
* and respond properly instead of ignoring customer communication.
The platform seriously needs to improve transparency, customer support responsiveness, and handling of payment-related compliance issues.

Account closed and €46k withheld after years of use
I’ve been using Bettilt for several years with a fully verified account and multiple withdrawals successfully processed over time.
At one point, my account was reviewed and withdrawals were still approved, so everything seemed fine.
Then suddenly, my account was closed for “multi-accounting” and around €46,000 was withheld.
What I don’t understand is how this only came up after years of normal activity and approved withdrawals, including during reviews — and with no clear evidence provided.
I’ve tried to resolve it but was only told to “wait for the regulator”.
Given the history, this feels very inconsistent.
Update:
I contacted their live chat support to get a clear explanation about the decision.
They were unable to provide any specific reason, rule, or evidence, and only referred me back to the same generic email response.
After several years with a verified account and multiple approved withdrawals, this lack of transparency is very concerning.

When I tried to withdraw, they blocked my account claiming “security checks” and “VPN usage”. They kept delaying the withdrawal and did not allow me to cash out.
As a result, I lost all my balance. This is a dishonest and manipulative practice — they only want players to lose their money instead of paying out winnings.
