Worst company i have ever dealth with, and that is saying a lot! Ordered product on 13 Feb, still not delivered on 17 Mar. They blame their 3rd party delivery contractor and have been 'investigating' it for weeks. They don't understand that their first duty is to fulfil the order, instead of chasing a 3rd party for weeks. Refuse to send a replacement until the 'investigation' is complete. Truly awful customer service.
Rang multiple times - give same 'investigation' story. ZERO correspondence since order was placed. Holding for 30 minutes at a time.
How can an outfit that operates like this survive!! Order still not received :-/

1★ – Shocking customer service, late delivery and then they expect you to pay to fix their mistake
Absolutely dreadful experience with Better Bathrooms (Buy It Direct). Avoid if you value your time or sanity
We ordered two radiators and fittings with a confirmed delivery date because we had a plumber booked to install them that day. Only one radiator arrived on time, with the second turning up a day late, which made the installation impossible. When you have tradespeople booked this completely disrupts the work.
As a result, we had no choice but to go out and buy two replacement radiators locally, as you cannot install two different radiators. We also had to purchase the necessary fittings locally so the plumber could complete the job.
What followed has been even worse.
I have now exchanged around ten emails back and forth with their customer service team and it has been nothing but obstructive and frustrating. Instead of simply taking responsibility for the late delivery, they repeatedly tried to classify the return as an “unwanted return” and insisted that I should pay the cost of returning the goods myself — even though the situation was entirely caused by their failure to deliver the order on the agreed date.
They even offered £15 or a £20 voucher to keep goods we cannot use, which frankly just adds insult to injury.
When companies make mistakes, good customer service fixes the situation. Instead, Better Bathrooms have chosen to argue, delay and attempt to shift the cost of their mistake onto the customer.
Late delivery, poor communication and some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
I certainly won’t be using them again, and based on this experience I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them.
If this isn’t resolved properly, I will be pursuing the matter through my card provider via chargeback and reporting the issue to Trading Standards, as retailers should not attempt to charge customers return costs when they themselves have failed to deliver goods on the agreed date.

The product is great and came well packaged. Only criticism I have is they should use a different courier and not Evri because it did not arrive when stated and I was left waiting for 3 days.

I bought a 1200mm Bowland free standing sink unit. Within 2 weeks of use in the bathroom, the mdf panel at the side of the sink started to swell and split right at the top where it meets the countertop. There is no running water anywhere near it and this is completely unacceptable for a bathroom sink unit. The customer service person first said it is waterproof not water resistant and then said that we shouldn't get it wet or it will swell. IT IS A BATHROOM SINK UNIT!!!! It is unfit for purpose and I would advise against purchasing from these people as the furniture is sub-standard and the customer service is useless. A very expensive mistake.
Update on 19th March. In spite of their very helpful looking reply to this review, we have, as expected, heard nothing more from Better Bathrooms. This just reiterates the point above that their customer service is ATROCIOUS! I can only advise anyone considering buying their bathroom furniture not to use them.

Ordering was easy, delivery and comms upto that point was excellent but trying to get some help with my item has been a nightmare since. I have some questions regarding a free standing tap and after calling the number on the website I was passed to two different departments and they couldn't answer or understand the issue I was enquiring about.
Shame as I was impressed up until then.
