This is a TRUE scummy!!!
I just registered there because i was searching 2-3 sites to bet with different odds so i registered ona betsafe also. I made a deposit and then i win a little bit of money. Then i ve READ all the negative reviews and i wanted to withdraw my winning fast . they gave me only my deposit and said that my bets was completed (ave alewady had MONEY on my account) with wrong odds.. and they said it to me after 2 weeks what the hell? i lost something about 100 eur. also weird that none of my bets was right :)) they just cancelled ALL of my winnings GG

I was scammed into their free "10 bonus" offer. After depositing £10 - I then happily proceeding betting and turned my £10 into roughly £150.

After not being able to cash out, I was then told by an advisor i had to bet an incredible £1000!! before I could reach the 'bonus limit' and cash out.

Horrendous scam - avoid this site at all costs. If that isn't encouraging a gambling addiction I don't know what is.

SCAM!!!! I deposited my £10 and never received a welcome bonus. I didn't make a play straight away due to this. After a couple of days they then locked out my account. (They wanted me to send pictures of my identity to verify my age apparently). I didn't have what they required so they refuse to refund me or let me play. I also read their T&Cs and they deduct 5 euro or equivalent a month in admin fees. So after much time wasted jumping through hoops, they've caused me a load of stress and they've stolen my money! Avoid this site!!!!!

Poor customer service experience but they don't try to make any effort considering they pride them selfs on this quite laughable

Suck Bookie!! Basically, stealing my money! I won £213 from £10+20 free bet but withheld ALL my winning saying I violate T&Cs "12.1 Any Bonus is only available once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and / or IP address." I LIVE ALONE IN MY HOUSEHOLD, HOW COULD THAT HAPPEN!!

What a Con this site is! i won my free bet, was told to bet it again before i could claim and when i won that they change the odds so i cant claim it, when i asked the apparent online person they shut my acct so they have my original money(which i lost as i bet on Haye) and the bonus i allegedly won!! wouldnt recommend them to anyone so why they got the promo for last nights Haye v Bellew is anyones guess there is no complaint service with this site

I singed up to a promo offer place a £10 bet and recive £20 I ended up winning £200 off the free £20 and next thing I know I try to withdraw and the money has disappeared? I get no email nothing so I go on live chat and they claim someone in my household have had an account before when they clearly haven't? Also I won 30 off my 10 and they even took that even though its nothing to do with the free bet. They now said I could bet with my £10 I asked for that to be refunded and they claimed you have to have £20 in your account to withdraw? Scam

I placed a winning bet worth £10 next thing you know they asked me to upload my ID,proof of address and a copy of my debit card.I do everything then next day I receive an e-mail stating"The name on the bank statement you provided doesn't match your name on the ID"which is complete nonsense since I checked the statement and there was my full name and address."I closed my account with them immediately.You will waste your money with them.Avoid like the plague!

Seriously dont waste your time with these absoluetly useless, bet £10 get a £20 free bet, won £520 with free bet, wouldnt let me withdraw it had to use it again to bet before i could withdraw, will never use these frauds again

playing was good, deposited £25 via paypal & tried to withdraw £100, then i timed out to avoid losing my money, was told couldnt withdraw to paypal as i had timed out for a month, they asked for drivers licence & after 2 days bank statement, then i was told £25 to paypal (you cant withdraw more than you deposited) and £75 to bank account, another day gone & still zero funds AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! not worth the hassle

After playing through my bonus I ask for a payout and they ask for copy of Visacard, a copy of passbord and a copy of a built with my address on. If they really need this info and they dont do it to annoy people and make a payout difficult. Why the .... dont they ask for it prior to depositing money. Biggest scam ever! Please use some other site. I ended up loosing my money because the transfer to my account was cancelled and I live with someone, so my name is not on any address papers.

This bunch of jokers can't even answer a support question simply as it goes back to different people who don't even read the replies properly.

Avoid like the plague and go to a better bookmakers than these jokers.

I had some "try-spins" and BOOM! they started spamming me with daily "Check us out" messenges... And if I want them to stop i cost me money... Aweful company! :(

I placed a bet with 7 matches - but one of them where wrong. I contacted the service center to cancel my bet, but this was not acceptable to do because of the terms and condition - Why not think a little about service and have satisfied customers.
