Do not what ever you do play at this casino trust me,I've played here twice first time I would probably say 30 thousand spins over a period of 3 days I can truthfully say 99.9 percent were dead spins,not one bonus and this was on 3 slots.then I looked in where these games were coming from severs etc and low and behold they weren't coming from the providers servers but from some dodgy server somewhere I couldn't pinpoint it tho.so I contacted the provider inwhich it was supposed to be there games I was playing which wasn't it was a clone version I was playing.look just don't play here people the sites corrupt truly is uses fake and cloned games and don't believe the reviews on here stating it's a great site there fake as well. I opened an account and deposited 500£. Made a withdrawal on Friday of 850 euro and money was in my bank first thing on Monday morning. Verification was easy and quick so pleasantly surprised.

I withdrew £2000 5 days ago and received an email today saying the transaction has failed due to my bank rejecting it. I called my bank and they don't have any record of the payment and betmac refuse to give me any reference number.

The BIC and IBAN and name on my account was correct so I don't know why it would of failed.

I have now been told I have to wait another 2 - 5 days.

After several generic emails I have now been informed it was a technical error on my banks side. I have no choice but to accept this and hope the payment goes through this time.
