Was a bit apprehensive given the reviews but I had no issues whatsoever. They’re regulated so cannot be a “scam” like others suggested. I had no issues signing up but they do have a deposit fee which is a bit inconvenient. Wasn’t awarded the Free Bet but went on to Live Chat and was awarded one no problem at all. Did take a day and a half to withdraw my winnings to my bank but had no problems with withdrawing anything. Probably best sticking with the mainstream bookies generally but these guys were fine

They are an absolute disgrace, charge you for a deposit, then try to block any withdrawal, they are the worst company i have encountered

Steer clear!! I deposited £20 and received 100% bonus on the deposit so I had £40 to play with then on top of that got 50 free spins to which I won about £4-£5 ish. I wagered the whole lot nearly £1000 and walked away with a withdrawal of £100. Day two of this promotion states deposit £20 get another 50 free spins. So I’ve deposited £20 and was then told on customer service that free spins cannot be manually added whilst a withdrawal is pending so to go back to them when completed. So I’ve screen shot this conversation. Messaged them today as withdrawing is no longer pending for them to say no I can’t have spins as I’ve withdrawn £100, I’ve shown them the screen shot and they are going to put a complaint in for me about the advisor that incorrectly gave me wrong information to be told this complaint can take 8 weeks plus!! Customer service advisors are all on different planets and tell different stories!!

Never had an issue with these in 6 months of using the site, thought they might of been dodgy with paying out at first but withdrawals in the bank usually same day in few hours, just had to wait 2 days for a £1100 withdrawal and was getting nervous at first, got decent football markets and you can do build a bet accas that a lot of sites won't let you do, the bonuses T&Cs not the best and you do not get a notification or explanation what the T&Cs are they bonuses just appear in your account! No I've not been paid to leave this review just thought I would leave a positive reveiw for once as I'm usually the one ranting about rubbish sites.

I noticed Betition were making unfair deductions from my winning horse racing bets (some of them in races with no non runners). I complained in December 2022 but Betiton just stalled me for almost three months until IBAS got involved. Once IBAS took up my complaint, Betition admitted that they had unfairly deducted money from 10 of my 11 winning bets.
Betition claim they had a software error which was making the incorrect deductions but that they have now fixed it.

They are breaking the terms of their gambling licence in two ways :-
They do not deal with complaints within the 8 week maximum specified in their licence.
They are aware of a software error affecting all customers who have placed horse racing bets but they are not telling them (unless they complain).

Basically, they are aware that they have stolen money from their customers but they won't give it back unless you notice and are prepared to wait three months and make a claim with IBAS.

Shocking bookies , basically con artists. Paid me even money on a horse that was actually 5/2 favourite. Then claimed it was down to a rule 4. What 60p in the pound when the withdrawn horse was 8/1 ? Do not trust these people, I opened a case regarding the above bet it took me a week of chasing them before they came up with this cock and bull story. Usual case rapid taking your cash but don’t want you to have any back. STEER WELL CLEAR

Having an accumulator of £25 with an outcome of £4600 I had 75 mins gone and one to come in for over 1.5 goals, for an hour of all that they offered £11.77 on cash out, ive never known any site glue a cash out for that much for that long given the outcome total, what a shambles of a site, really poor customer support, the same protocol answers being “we are sorry you feel this way” bla bla.
Try somewhere else if you want a decent bookie or site to go to, really poor experience here!!

I will be honest with you fellas all the 5 stars reviews on this bookie are written by them , there is no way they keep asking and asking for endlesss photos of ids and passport seflies , this is unaccepltable, i have a withdraw for over 2 weeks pending.

Been using this bookie for about a week. Made 3 withdrawals and came to my bank (visa) within 20 minutes.
The withdrawals ranged from a £10 test to £250. I currently have 3 withdrawals pending for 6 hours and counting for 1500,1750 and 400. I hope they pay out within the 48 hour window they advertise. Quite disappointing it wasn’t as fast as the original 3 though. However their actual site is reasonably well organised and I would recommend them.

Would select 0 star if it was an option.

Received a pop up offer whilst I was checking the status of a withdrawal that I’ve been waiting 5 days on. The pop up promotion was ‘deposit £10 at odds of 2.0 and receive a £10 free bet to use at odds of 1.8 or more’ I did the qualifying bet, received no free bet. I spoke to someone on live chat and they told me to prove it with a screenshot.

A dodgy back room bookie who do not pay winnings and close your account when you back them into a corner. I challenge anyone who says this is a good site to ask them a question - you also receive a bad experience

I have no issues at all with this site. My withdrawals have always gone through with no issues within 24 hours and no annoying delaying verification demands. The site is easy to work your way around and plenty slots to choose. Iv never noticed any technical issues like some (lots) sites tend to knock you off a game when your in a flow. Enjoyable experience I would recommend actually better than some of the better known named sites.

Haven’t received my money since July and still haven’t asking me to make a neteller or skrill account which is like a currency account and not into a bank which I don’t understand
