Betfair offers a really good range of sports/ casino etc. They offer very good competition on prices and promotions. These show up on whatever subject you search. I've never had to call them and complain about anything.

Lazy Betfair
Incredibly lazy effort by betfair market compilers re: Tour de France. For example, the winners market contains approximately 20 riders who are not participating and misses many who are in the race. The daily stage win market often misses key riders, or riders who are contesting a breakaway. Pathetic effort and extremely difficult to bring this up with them directly.

Lose your money more fairly with good customer service advice
Obviously, I guess if you're smart enough to read reviews, you will always expect to lose at betting, you almost certainly will. Otherwise there could be no betting companies, shops, adverts etc. And if you expect to lose but enjoy the game, betfair might be better than most. Because you can bet against other real people (Exchange) with only a commission taken out by the company. And because if you can find your way to 'Complaints' and insist on a human customer service agent, they do answer your questions competently and politely.

Bloody awful.
Totally unintuitive website. Spent ages trying to figure something out was told a certain thing then the amount I withdrew was several pounds less. God knows why, I couldn't be bothered over a few quid, just bloody awful, never using them again.

Locked out of my account and security question answer was incorrect.
I was locked out of my account and for some reason my memorable information was wrong. So I had to confirm my identity with driving license or passport which was good for security reasons. They then changed it for me so I could log back in and it worked so I updated my password and was good to go. Thankyou Munika for your help.
