I order on Decathlon's website, from Betersport. I waited for 10 days for my parcel that was marked as sent. After contacting the service to ask where it was, Betersport simply canceled it, no explanation given.
I was told to make a new order. But Betersport refused to resell the item for the price I originally bought it (during a sale). I had to rebuy for more. Dishonest.
The Decathlon staff was kind enough to help and gave me a coupon for later.
Betersport: not fair played.

Terrible experience!
I ordered a set of dumbbells, I got all the emails saying delivery tomorrow, track and trace the same, and the next day the status was returning to the sender. I called the customer service and they said sorry we will fix it straight away! Guess what: 6 days later not even an update. Go to a serious website guys.
*I am adding an update here: 22 of January already and of course no delivery no refund. The customer service is ironic with me and I don’t even believe that they will give me my money back anymore! Avoid and use a proper shop for your orders!

I have a FitBike Race 4 that they sell and I lost the screws for the saddle and the handle bar while I moved to my new house. I contacted them through the website form and they replied very quickly, saying they could deliver them free of charge.
After placing the order there was prompt and clear communication about the delivery of the product. A few weeks before the receipt of the product there was additional communication on the timing i.e. week of the delivery.
In the meantime we moved to another apartment and had requested to deliver the product to the new address and this was promptly replied and accommodated our move. Based on information shared, the product should arrive this week.
SCAMMERS!! I spent over 500 euros ordering equipment from them. It has been over 2 months since placing the order and I have not received a single thing. And I just keep getting told that it will be another 2 weeks.

I had an issue with item recived it was damaged, upon contacting customer service my problem was quickly resolved and next day I recived new product :)

I ordered a yoga mat from Betersport. The quality was not great but the customer service was absolutely perfect. My yoga mat got torn in less than a month so I filed a complain for which they sent me another yoga mat for free to compensate . They were prompt with their responses and very helpful as well

The Company is NOT trustworthy
We have bought 8(!) spinning bikes and all of them are broken within 3 months. I’ve tried calling, sending emails, filling out their contact form.. but they don’t reply to anything. Overall: bad materials. Bad communication. I will never buy anything again..
Very happy with the service. I ordered the wrong size and the company was very helpful and responsive immediately to change or refund the item. I recommend :)

The homegym Unit2 Focus.
For everyone looking for a homegym trainer i think Bettersports is the right adress. The right people with the right knowledge. Mine order went correctly fast shipping and Master support i started the asembling all on my own and when i came to a struggle with the puzzle i made a call and spoke to Oscar Lange and Guess what this guy is a Master in assembling homegym,s he gaved me major support to put me back on the right track wich i am very thankfull for now i am at the finish line of me assembling mine own Unit 2. Much love to Oscar Lange and his colleges.and as a Team i feel you guys deserve a 10 but the max is 5 stars wich i will give you guys from the heart. What a Pro service i cannot denie.

Quite fast reply and plenty of help on picking products. Although not always certain about the services provided, there's a lot of participation and involvement.
On the delivery, things didn't go so well, but I can't blame them since they hire a logistics company.

Where to start....
All in all the worst experience. Wanted to order an bike, 1. on the website said its available for delivery next week- wasnt true. Didnt arrive on time (was a present so bit bummer, but can happen). Although very poor inventory management is something way bigger..
After i asked about the 'reaL' availibility everything seemed like a guess ( should be in next week, max week after)- it's just something i would not advice anyone.
2. finally confirmed it will come in a week- but came 5 days earlier. Nice surprise, but again reliability is not there at all.
3. bike arrived, the most important part was crashed.. After contacting customer service they asked if i could smash it with rubber hammer to make it fit haha.
I know this was good intention and customer service replied very fast & friendly- needs to be said:) But still its not something you offer to customer i would say.
Bike got picked up pretty fast, but the driver from the transportation company said something even more scary...
He said he is busy weeks in & out picking up bikes as more people find damages etc. he mentioned they bought it in a deal or something.. (NOTHING MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE).
4. bike picked up, got new one. Looked good, yet keeps making funny sounds...
Tried of this shhhh*, will probably re-sell it.
SO....400 EURO , 4 WEEKS IN TOTAL FURTHER..
ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS, BACK & FORTH EMAILS ETC. IS THE CONCLUSION.
PS. in reply of the company reply: Its not what the driver ment :) i know exactly what he said: lot of failed products being delivered & pickedup these weeks.

The treadmill is perfect, exactly what I was looking for. Compact in size ans easy to move around, but powerful enough to exercise at any pace. Also, I was positively surprises on how fast it arrived. It was supposed to take around 10-14 days and it was here after just 5 days.
