To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my absolute frustration and deep disappointment with Bet365’s registration process and appalling customer service.I attempted to create a brand new account from Toronto, Ontario. I have NEVER owned a Bet365 account before. To ensure compliance and verify my identity immediately, I provided my official Ontario Driver’s License. Despite having zero issues with my identity, address, or legal eligibility, your automated system blocked my registration, claiming I already had an account.To make matters worse, your support agent "Jake S" sent a completely unhelpful, generic template email stating my account was closed permanently, without providing a single reason or offering any human intervention to investigate the error.As a legally resident in Ontario who provided valid government-issued ID, being treated like a fraudster by an automated bot with zero explanation or resolution is completely unacceptable. If your system cannot differentiate between a new legitimate customer and a duplicate account, and your support team refuses to actually look into it, then your service is broken.I will be taking my business to your competitors who actually value real customers and respect Ontario's gaming regulations. This is hands down the worst onboarding experience I have ever encountered.Disgusted

Be blocked from this site for years & never told the reason why lol I contacted customer service on many occasions absolutely useless , I got the same crap every time ! It a management decision & can’t be reversed still not told a reason give your head a wobble 365

Won a bet - they closed my account and won't transfer my balance - why? because I complained and waited 40 minutes on a chat without response, and because I used their safer gambling tools to block the casino side of their website. Taking legal action Tuesday.

After being with this company for many years they decide to just cancel our accounts as we are married and live together. Appears you can’t have separate accounts at the same address. We need to divorce and live separately- absolute nonsense!!

What a scummy company.

First attempt to bet so I opened an account and even before I could login it was closed. No explanation, no ability to reopen, and apparently no ability to have my data removed.

What a dirty company. They will take your money no problem, authenticate your ID no problem. Then placed a 100% restriction on my account and will not refund me. I was authenticated at 9am today and at 9:10 "with careful consideration restrictions have been placed on your account. You can remain a part of the community but will not be able to use services!" I open up a chat and Colin C says "sorry no refunds"

I have had an online betting account withis company. Today having placed some bets on the2026 World football cup, I was suddenly informed by email that my account is blocked. No reason wqs given and although I have spent 2 hours trying to contact them to contact them, I have been unaable to. Their telephone is not answered except by a female to say that they are not able to take calls. I have funds with this company and am extremely disappointed by their lack of support and communication. Please assis me in dealing with this problem

Had my account restricted (not allowed to gamble) just because I have adhd & am dyslexic, they had a councillor guy ring me & because I didn’t want to have a conversation with him about my so called disabilities they have restricted my account!

Literally the worst customer support ever spoken too. 7 chat's in 1 week just to get the bank verified. All of them with a different story and different e-mailadres for verification, no results every single time. Getting responses like 'Can you confirm why you tried to deposit using someone else IBAN'. When nothing is even desposited. Waste of time, terrible interactions.

I have the Super Boosts on here as they are good value for money. You can put up to 10 pound on. Today I tried to put 10 pound on and it limited me to 1 pound which is pointless. I thought they must be having technical difficulties so I went on the chat. I spoke to "Guilherme G" . I waited 5 minutes then another 5 minutes and then again got asked to wait 5 minutes. Eventually they told me that it was a trading decision. I said put me through to a manager then they asked me to wait 5 mintues then another 5 mintues so by this time I was really frustrated as I had nearly been waiting half an hour. In the end they said the supervisor had over seen this and this is the right decision and not a technical glitch. I was very unhappy and said put me through to supervisor and they refused. They then said can we help you with anything else and I was like well no as you haven't helped either first question.

Players beware. Trying to withdraw on this site is awful! First time would only withdraw with wire transfer. Put all my info in, waited, money went back into my account after a week. Figured out how to withdraw it on interac so I did 2 withdrawals. One for 3950 and one for 600. The 600 went into my account even though I did the other one earlier. I checked the one for 3950 and the site changed the withdrawal from interac to bank transfer!! Talked to support and they told me they can do this and there is nothing l can do about it. Now I have to wait another week if I'm lucky or they will probably return it back to my account. I play on a lot of sites and never have l had this done before. Quite a scam if you ask me! I had trouble making an account. It said I had an account. I definitely didn’t with that email as it’s a newish email account. It must have been my phone number that was on a different account or the reason I was rejected. Anyway I asked customer service what my login or anything was so I could recover this account I must have tried to make before at a different time and they replied that I’m not allowed an account. I don’t ever remember using the site to bet or setting up an account prior to my attempt when I was in Brazil recently for two months in March and April (I’m Canadian. A friend said I should get a bet365 account as he’s into sports and said it’s good to make money. I doubt it is. He’s 18 and new to Canada. I’m not sure which one of his friends thinks that or told him that or has an account but none of them have money so it can’t be that good lol. I guess he can’t get one either or he would have one instead of telling me to get one? I don’t know. Anyway who knows. Me and a group of college friends were planning on using this during the World Cup while travelling to Vegas on a road trip. It was meant to be a fun casual experience but turned into a nightmare when the deposits needed additional KYS to go through and the app kept crashing.
