I applied for a tutor job in Burnham
I applied for a tutor job in Burnham. I was contacted by Kathryn Robson that my CV was accepted and I should give her a call. It went well. Then zoom call was set up with Amando Brown, the director. During this zoom call he tried to convince me to take up a teacher assistant role, a learning support assistant role at a school. I told him I was a teacher but he went on and on about me taking this learning assistant role. I said again I was not interested because I was a teacher then he snapped and told me to let him finish. He was talking about in great details that he needed to find a support for these two students based at the school for the full-day and the whole week for continuous tutoring. He told me the price, where it was and how well he would pay. He did not listen. I applied for a tutoring post and not a semi-permanent role where you do all the job of a permanent worker without holiday pay, sick leave nor half-term pay. I sent him my documents for future tuition roles on the 1st Feb, since then silence. I asked Bestuition to destroy all my documents. These are red flags. Worth checking companies house. The pay offered was £15/ hour, according to him it was a great pay. If he says so.
