Very disappointing service. I paid around €550 to have holes sealed in my kitchen because mice were entering through them. Shortly after (3 weeks), I saw a rat again coming from the same area, which shows the issue was clearly not resolved properly.

When I reached out, instead of offering follow-up support, I was told I had to pay another €130 for a new visit. Charging extra for the same unresolved issue is unacceptable.

I expected professional pest control and a lasting solution, especially for the amount charged. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. I would not use this company again.

Stay away from this company. I took contact over the phone for having an offer for our building of 4 apartments for disinfesting it from mice. We had seen one or two, nothing major - we only wanted all gaps to be sealed for preventing future problems. Over the phone, they made an offer of 360 euro x 2 visits excluding material costs - I demanded to have it per mail, which they sent. Then one guy came, inspected the building for 50 minutes in total, left some poison boxes behind (which cost nothing), and demanded to be paid the first 360 euro on the spot. On the next day, the office sent us a 2nd unrequested offer of above 1000 euro for coming a second time. Pure scam.
