Do not buy from this company- if your purchase doesn’t arrive you won’t get a refund, just a runaround. I bought something from them via B&Q - they won’t help either . Avoid

This company sells through onbuy.com, I bought a chainsaw attachment and the word ‘Universal’was in the title. It is not and I believe deliberately misleading. The company refused to pay for the return postage and then closed return window. Onbuy.com also did not offer any resolution. I wrote a review warning other consumers and it was not published on the page. This is an illegal practice. BE WARNED!

I ordered a strimmer and have had two minor issues with it. Both times I have contacted their customer service and had the problem dealt with promptly and with no quibble.The product supplied works well and the problems in no way affect the overall product quality. Would use the company again as the customer service was very impressive.

Ordered £16 bag of premium grass seed, none germinated! Asked for refund, they are dithering now…do not buy the grass seed, it’s completely dead and prob selling old stock which is no longer viable. Total waste of time, prepping soil and sowing it, watering it etc…

I've read other the other reviews and can only say my experience has been excellent. I ordered a backpack strimmer set, it was despatched the same day with delivery expected within 2 days. I received a message from the couriers telling me the item had been damaged in transit. I contacted BestPriceHotDeals and got a response from Lee almost immediately. he quickly offered a replacement and I received it the next day. I think this is excellent customer service as not only did it arrive quickly, they sorted out an issue that was caused by the courier. Thank you Lee and BestPriceHotDeals.

I purchased an Eskde petrol tiller here via e-bay even though Bestprice supplied it. Service was good and delivery time was 24hrs. The manual is poor so I did some on line research for more maintenance information only to stumble across the fact that Bestprice supply it for a full £20 cheaper.

10 weeks ater purchasing a strimmer the battery refused to charge, i was informed that it had been charged for too long then no communication, this bettery was partially charged without anything happening then charged for longer periods there after. buyer beware!
