We were able to design our logo quickly and easily online and it turned out exactly as we'd hoped, the color was perfect (they were even able to do the custom size we ordered). We had an early Thanksgiving event at the school my son goes to, and my job from the PTA was to get the name tags. I talked to a CSR here--I wish I could remember his name, because he was really polite!---and bought some tags a few weeks ago, thinking that because of holiday rush the postal service would be slower. But a few days later, they arrived! I was very happy with them, and so was the rest of the PTA, who plan to use this company again in future.

As a realtor standing out is of the utmost importance. I ordered my name badge from Best Name as I did not care for the company issue badge. I met with the owner who designed a badge that would differentiate me from other agents in our office. Then my partner wanted her own design which again the company accommodated. We have never had name badges before so when we found the company we were a little skeptical about the online process and how our logo, which is a rainbow with a pot of gold, would turn out. The ordering process was very easy to do and they got our logo exactly how we wanted it to be .As a small company cost is a huge factor in all that we do. We were amazed at the quality of work, attention to detail, quality of the product, an speed at which it was completed. Great customer service!

I haven't been the easiest customer. I've asked all kinds of questions, requested additional software, and in general made a nuisance of myself. Randy has been there for me all along with his swift replies and easy answers. He gave me solutions for printing labels that I hadn't even anticipated, and he sold me on the company's software program merely by sending me a free trial of the software. I wasn't even looking for that simple a solution! Randy has helped me all the way through this process. He's a wonderful representative for your company, and I appreciate having him as a resource.

Received our order today, less than one week after we ordered. The logo looks fantastic! I was a little apprehensive about what we would receive due to the complexity of our logo and the cost per unit (cheap), but it looks FANTASTIC. Setup fee was also very inexpensive. We are very pleased with what we received today.
