I placed a phone call and it was immediately picked up by a person. His name is Anthony, extremely knowledgeable about the products. I had questions about a two post lift on Best Buy’s site, Anthony answered all of my questions. My interaction with Anthony was what made the difference between buying from this company and somewhere else. To be fair, I didn’t call anyone else after talking to Anthony. I was so satisfied I didn't feel the need to go shopping. It is very difficult to find this kind of service these days. If an owner of this company is reading this, please do not replace these people with AI. AI is not buying your equipment, people are buying your equipment and people want to speak to people.
