I purchased the Teknik Chairman Grey fabric, it was slightly cheaper at Bestbuy than anywhere else. I was a little nervous buying furniture online but it was very easy and although the delivery was initially delayed by a couple of days it was not an issue and in the end it arrived a day early.

I asked for an update and got a very quick response via email and they assured me it would be delivered, their reply was fast and had all the info I needed. Very impressed.
The chair arrived and I am quite pleased with it, it was exactly as described, very good quality and very comfy, well worth the money.

Having searched many companies & read a number of negative reviews I was apprehensive but took a chance on 'best-buy office-chairs'.
The order & payment process was extremely easy.
My chair; a 'Romeo' Executive Leather office chair (Burgundy) was delivered very quickly & as requested, arrived pre-assembled. I was overwhelmed. This chair is of a very high quality & all materials feel luxurious. It is very comfortable offering exceptional support & really is great value.

Professional kneeling chair was solid and well made but not adjustable in the right way and so not comfortable or suitable. Have contacted for return and refund.

I have not received better customer service in a long while. Super fast response to lots of question by phone and email, contacting manufacturers for me, offering advice when things went wrong, and replacing items immediately without question. My office chair had a defective part which, after a couple of communications, was sent out within a couple of days, free of charge.
Excellent service from very friendly and helpful staff.

I purchased a heavy duty visitor chair yesterday for my son as he’s 6ft 4 and it’s plenty big enough for his home/office needs! In less than 24 hours it arrived, really impressed by the prompt service and the chair itself is very sturdy and exactly what we wanted.

I recently purchased a Rocky Enviro Executive Chair and had it delivered the next day. The chair was of excellent quality, easy to assembleand was perfect for the task as advertised.The staff at Best Buy Office Chairs could not have been more helpful, they were efficient and really knew their products.

Fantastic service! Ordered online at 10.28 Thursday, Delivered at 10am Friday. The company does state next day delivery, and certainly did that. Free delivery too. The chair was easy to assemble and appears good value for money. it's in a hobby room rather than a working office which might need a more substantial build as the base is plastic - which is absolutely fine for our needs.

Ordered from here Wednesday after cancelling on a con merchant who advertised as in stock when they had none. Arrived today 2 days later as stated (next-day usually but I ordered after hours) All correspondence answered swiftly. Great service.

So far so good. Just had a chat with James regarding swapping my chair and he has been very helpful in arranging a swapout. Original order was delivered next day and expecting the replacement to arrive tomorrow. Very good service so far and can't fault. Will update review once original has been collected and credited.

Searching for new office chairs - these looked the part so ordered one - brilliant fast delivery (Less than 24hours from order to delivery - despite Covid and bad weather!) - Flat packed with some self-assembly - easy to follow instructions with hexagonal wrench supplied - (I suggest two people to ensure getting screw holes lined up correctly!) Well packaged, all parts present. So happy I ordered another one.! Brilliant service. How do they do it.?

Bought a 'Regent Visitor Chair Main Line Flax Temple'. For £150 was expecting something of decent quality but the holes are barely aligned for assembling and the screws come loose every week so needs tightening. Is comfy in fairness. Would expect more for that price.

I bought an ErgoMesh Manager chair for my lockdown home office last October - an excellent choice at a good price! In January the gas strut started to slip. I contacted bestbuy-office chairs, who immediately sent a new strut to me - a simple and effective solution. Thank you!

Good customer service and help, especially when I noticed teher was an error in the delivery address (my fault!). Chair easy to assemble and comfortable

I don't normally write reviews but I thought that I should just say how excellent this company's customer service has been. When there was an issue with my order, the guy on the webchat was very apologetic and James the company owner even phoned a few minutes later to express his apologies again. He offered me a free upgrade or a full refund with the product I had originally purchased and was very polite and understanding. When I received my free upgrade yesterday (earlier than expected) he even rang me again to just check that I had got it okay.

Sometimes you can only judge a company by how they deal with things when they go wrong and I think they went above and beyond to sort things out - very impressed!

Prompt delivery by TNT. Built it in 25 minutes with instructions & parts all there (except for 1 x Allen-key). Very comfortable chair, & very quiet with no squeaks, plus the seat-back locks in any position you feel is right for you.
Only thing is...I wish I'd ordered a wine or blue one, as the grey is rather dull for me.

I have paid 200GBP for a chair which had a headrest not only unusable but also annoying (very unstable when fully extended and hitting my shoulder when not extended). After writing several emails I got some funny answers from the CS, like for example "you can unscrew the headrest if you think this would be better" or "I have the exact same chair and I have checked and it does the same as your chair and I have had mine for over a year.". So, in a few words.... poor product quality and unprofessional CS.

I bought a Comfort Ergo office chair with BestBuy which I was very pleased with, however, after 2 months the height adjustment piston started to fail. I sent them an email and within seconds(!) James had called back to arrange a replacement part.

It was a good price and also based on customer service I would definitely recommend buying with them.

General customer service is excellent, very prompt and proactive in regards to any changes during the order process. Really polite and can see they put a lot of effort into delivery a great customer journey. Would use again, and have recommended.

Like many people I researched the chair I wanted and found the website very informative with good pictures & video of the chair I was interested in. I general I pay a little more to get better quality as you get what you pay for these days - and I was not disappointed.
The chair arrived quickly and I knew from the sheer weight of the box it was quality. What was also apparent was the quality of packing & various pieces of foam & cardboard to prevent any damage. The instructions for assembly were very clear, in fact so clear that my 13 yr old son built the chair for me following the instructions - and I just checked the tightness
I am 6ft 5, and the chair height was fully adjustable and comfortable for me. I could adjust the tension for the back for my size. So within 20mins - I was sitting comfortably in the chair and pleasantly surprised on the the quality. This is the 1st time for me buying from this company, and i would certainly buy again.
