Prompt, reliable mailing of Canon NB-4L batteeries!
Highly recomment BEST BATT.

Used Bestbatt in 2015 and service was excellent. Now it is the pits. Placed order November 2018, received confirmation, noted that amount on credit card was pending. Thought all was great. Then a week later no response noted that pending on credit card had gone. Sent three emails no response. Tried the online (so called) no response as they were all busy - yea right- left message. No response. Sooner they go belly up the better and stop creating upset customers. Mike the Kiwi.

Placed my order after speaking with an agent on the phone, then received a phone call needing some sort of verification a week later. Tried calling them back on multiple occasions on their 800 number and the number they used to leave me a voice mail. Calls never got beyond leaving a message, and my calls were never returned. The company cancelled the order since I did not verify whatever with them. HUGE waste of time. Same item on Amazon for less

Terrible. Just had to put a claim in with PayPal because it has been almost 2 weeks after purchasing and paying for an item using ny PayPal account....ZERO correspondence from them and they do not answer either phone number listed on their website and no response from emails. Stay away from this "company".

BEWARE!!! They don't answer phones or return emails. My order was messed up and they had absolutely no interest in listening to me. In fact, after my phone call ended, they did not hang up the phone correctly and I could hear them laughing at me. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. If you want to get robbed go with these guys.

Total ripoff.
Waited 8 weeks, didn't answer emails.
Amazon Pay got me a refund.

Would rate zero if possible. 2 weeks later and Have not received battery. No responses to email or phone calls. Did debit my account but never sent battery. Can't get a hold of anyone to request refund or resolution. Stay away from this company. Total failure on business practices. Crooked.

The classic "Bait and switch" Did not get Milwaukee battery as pictured.
Even though complaints made to them they continues to do the same trick.
They did refund total plus shipping, after saying to them I will contact Pay Pal.

First, customer service was done live via texting. Not my favorite way to communicate, but it was efficient and the operator was polite and knowledgeable.
Second, The ordering process was simple, my batteries were shipped the next day and I received them three days from placing the order.
I was very pleased with the speed of filling and shipping the order. I left for a backcountry trip the day after they were received and had enough juice to power my old digital camera for the duration of the trip.

Then,bougth item on June 30th.On July 3rd have I received from saler an USPS tracking number with pre-shipment status.
On July 5th BestBatt gave me a complete shipping fee refund and comfirmation that item was shipped on July 5th.
One week later,July 12th,have not received parcel and USPS trackig number still shows pre-shipment status.

I recently bought an I phone 5s battery changing package from this company, when I looked at the screw drivers they gave me, they had given me two Phillips screw drivers, I was pretty upset. but when I finally got into my phone and took out the battery, I then saw that the battery I needed was a four prong (they gave me a three prong). You can bet your money I will not buy from this company again.

Bad experience and poorly informed staff.

Buying from this store was a wonderful experience. Their prices were good, the product arrived swiftly, even though I used the most economical shipping option, and the product works fine, costing 25% of what I would have paid at Best Buy for a similar product. I can't praise BestBatt highly enough. I order many things on-line, and can't ever remember having had a better buying experience than this one with BestBatt.

Bought two replacement batteries for an Olympus camera, advertised as having specs equal to the Olympus original. Discovered that they lasted about a quarter as long, in fact, and after two months now they barely hold a charge at all. No reply to my email. Waste of money

Ordered a replacement battery for my old Macbook Air which was not holding a charge. Cost was $72 vs over $100 elsewhere. Package arrived earlier than expected, and even included the tools needed, which was a nice surprise. Worked perfectly.

After not being able to find what I needed locally I placed an order for a replacement power adapter for my camera. I really appreciated the realistic price and quick delivery!

I bought a JVC BN-VF707 BN-VF707U Li-Ion Rechargeable Replacement Camcorder Battery. It is comparable while have the economic price. It is been packed with carton box, while I only ordered one battery, well protected packing, feel reliable and hope it is useful for everyone else who want order with them. Last but not least, really fast shipping.

I recently bought a battery for a professional camcorder labeled just like the real deal but in reality an inferior product. Unfortunately the battery is not "recognized" neither by the camcorder or by the original battery charger. Despite stating that the battery is guaranteed to work, the company won't refund me for the shipment back to them. On top of that they removed my negative review of the battery from their web page. Bottom line: stay away from Bestbatt-dot-com!

I was shopping for the Batter grip for Canon 6D. The grip I was looking for is BG-E13. It costs around $173 in a godd store. I saw Best Batt add saying - you can save $160 for the same grip BG-E13. I got the package. It contains cheap copy of the brand name. Manufactured terribly. It is like you asked for brand name drug pill and get generic instead. I contacted Customer Service. They refused to accept their fault. Refused to send me return label. Refused to let me speak with the supervisor. Refused to provide me with the last name of Customer Rep. This is the first time I am dealing with this kind of business in USA. i AM INTENDED TO FILE official complaint with the Better Business Bureau of NJ

I usually always looked around for few days before I place order online. And I found this website for my Nikon camera batteries. They have very reasonable price even with the shipping cost together. And not only that, the quality is very good, even better than the original ones I have. Customer service department is great! I called before placing the order and they answered all the questions I had and even gave me coupon code! How awesome is that? Will definitely shop here again and will recommend to others!
