I’d never heard of Best4Safey before so I checked here to see if they’re legit. While on Trustpilot I saw some 1 star reviews, where Best4Safety haven’t had the stock in as displayed on the website, I thought I’d contact them to see for sure if the ear defenders I needed by tomorrow were in stock and could be delivered in time (this was on Friday).
I emailed the store and someone called back an hour later to confirm they had them in stock and that they could be delivered by Monday if I ordered them that day.
Everything went the way I would want, am very pleased with the ear defenders which arrived this afternoon. I’m both happy this is a legit company and that they take customer service seriously 😊

Great customer service! They took the time to answer questions I had before my purchase. They even looked over COSHH sheets to make sure I had the appropriate equipment and filters.
The delivery was next day.
I was very happy with the product and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Placed a order for 3m peltors mic and down lead back in may of this year because the website said the item was in stock and I thought it would be easier than getting them from 3M themselves. Received payment email but no shipping email when I emailed them,
Neil who I'd like to say was as helpful as he could in this situation informed me that they arnt in stock and I'm in a queue of people waiting for them to come back in stock which he estimated would be 2 weeks. But unfortunately every time this "expected date" would arrive it would be pushed back. It was only on the 12th of July that the email I got was that it would now be the middle of August, so
at this point I asked for a refund. Which I'll be honest they got right in touch with me and refunded me no hassle and I understand being the person having to tell the customer the never ending cycle must be hard and Neil was very helpful. I can't knock them for that BUT my gripe and the reason it's a 2 star is bad admin, if the website said that the item wasn't in stock I wouldn't of ordered from them or I couldn't have for matter of fact. It's that they either willing knew the website was advertising false information or someone just hasn't realised either way I was hung out to dry being promised dates that never came all the while I'm trying to do my job without.
Sorry guys it's the basics of running a website. Keep it up to date.

Twice i have used Best 4 safety now to place an order first time they called after the item was listed as in stock and then told me it would be a further 5 working days wait as they where actually out of stock.

Placed an order again this week for an item that was listed as in stock. Receive a phone call again today to tell me the item i needed wont be delivered now till later into next week as its currently out of stock even after website states its in stock.

Planning work around this item arriving and giving me the ability to carry out work as its a filter for my respirator. Very poor service
