Good quailty
Never used this site before so wasn’t unsure of the quality, but it didn’t disappoint. I got a personalised Christmas Eve board it was really cute and made of good material.
I also received the order within the week would order from them again.

Great Experience
I just happened across this website by accident and decided to order a couple of things, even before delivery I ordered some extra personalised items as I wanted them for Christmas so timing could have been an issue but here we are just into December and I have everything I ordered, very easy website to manoeuvre around, very personalised service, they had a couple of questions regarding my order and contacted me to double check everything. I was extremely happy with my products and the treatment I received.

The boxes were nice but they arrived…
The boxes were nice but they arrived unwrapped just in a cardboard box and they both had black fingerprint marks on the side. Thank you for reply Bespoke gifts and yes the workman ship was not faulted or damaged I was just disappointed to see marks on them and yes a one star review was harsh , I also acknowledge your ethos regarding waste of packaging .I have purchased gifts in the past and will do so in the future with no issues. I appreciate you contacting me also .

Sorry to hear you were unhappy with your delivery this is the first time we have had any correspondence with yourself in relation to the issues you have raised.
Can you please send us any photos of the marks? You boxes were packed in a properly sized box and didn't require any other packaging to project them as the box supplied is quite sufficient and we as a company don't like to generate waste as it goes against our ethos. I feel a 1 star review based on that is a little unfair as the workmanship was not faulted in your comments and they arrived undamaged.
We would like to offer a 15% discount on any future orders as way of apology.
