Great customer service all the way.
Fed up with cheap plastic covers that deform, get dirty and don't seal.
Tried something different.
'Bespoke Drain Covers' offered a range of Stainless Steel covers that don't rust that fit most drains or provide specials to your' requirements.
I sent a sketch and they provide their drawing for approval, with cost and specification.
4 days later it arrived. I was amazed . Accurately machined with attractive bevelled edging for a good seal. Will last for years.
Easy to fit.

Purchased a stainless steel drain cover, this was to cover an open drain and to stop snails getting into the drain.
So I designed the cover having found the company on the web, now I am by no stretch of the imagination a draughtsman but with the company assistance and no little advice we got there, the result is perfect, exactly what I wanted.

I needed a non standard drain cover and used this company. Their advice and communication was excellent, and you're updated at every stage of the process. The finished product is top quality, precisely to specification and immaculately made/finished. I'm not easily pleased, but am 101% satisfied with this company!
