The light blue top came with a broken zipper. I would love it replaced please

Hello. My order number is 40294442753. I received my order today, but unfortunately one pair of the trousers has a hole in it. This item arrived damaged.

Could you please help me with a replacement or a refund? I can also provide photos if needed.

I returned two items directly to the store over 2 months ago, and I am still waiting for a refund.

I have my address with Bershka and I choose for the package to be delivered to my house and I live in Leuven city centre. Instead, the package was delivered to a Bpost in Heverlee in a place I have never ever been to. It wasn’t easy to find the Bpost. This is very inconvenient tbh!

It took 19 days for me to be notified something I had ordered was out of stock.

My order was delivered to a faulty inpost locker so I had no way to retrieve it. After calling customer service, they were no help and it was automatically returned. The items I wanted are now out of stock. It would be better for future orders if they could be redelivered to a different pick up point.

I visited the Bershka Stratford store looking for a pair of jeans that the system showed as having one left in stock. I asked four different sales advisors for assistance, but unfortunately only one of them, **Simun**, provided the level of customer service I would expect.

Simun took the time to explain that although the system may show one item in stock, it can sometimes already have been sold or misplaced. When I asked whether I could order the jeans online for collection in store, she happily tried to help me place the order on my phone. When the Stratford store wasn't appearing as a collection option, she didn't just leave it there—she offered to use her own device to place the order for me.

She was the only sales advisor who genuinely went above and beyond to help. She was friendly, patient, humble, and proactive throughout the whole interaction. The other three advisors I spoke to seemed very nonchalant and uninterested in assisting.

If I return to the Stratford store in the future, Simun will be the only sales advisor I actively seek out for help. She didn’t only care about how she represented the store she cared about how she represented herself, I hope Bershka recognises her excellent customer service, the rest of the team should receive additional customer service training if they have the ability to order something for a customer that service should be utilised.

I absolutely love the Spiderman shirt I got!! The side I got is perfect and everything. However, the one thing that does bother me is that the stitching is loose at the neckline and seems that it will unstitch relatively easy. I’ll definitely be calling the tomorrow to see if I can get a new shirt since this one came a little damaged :(

I had a problem with a card fraud, my card was used In Berksha. I called the bank who would not help me. They told me to take it up with Berksha. I went into the Edinburgh store , they were so kind and helpful. I then called customer service who we’re also absolutely amazing , thank you💕

I’d like to share my feedback regarding my recent order. I placed my order on June 29, and the original estimated delivery date was July 3. Unfortunately, that date passed without any update or explanation. I also sent an email to your customer support to ask about the status of my order, but I never received a response.

It wasn’t until yesterday that I finally received an update that my order had been shipped, and it was delivered today. While I’m glad I eventually received my order, the entire process took 15 days from the date I placed it.

I understand that delays can happen, but what was most disappointing was the lack of communication and the absence of any response from customer service. I hope Bershka can improve both its order processing and customer support, as timely updates and replies are just as important as the delivery itself.

Got my order on the earliest date of delivery. Will definitely order again next time.

I am very disappointed with this order. It was marked as delivered, but I never received it. After checking the tracking information, it appears the package was returned to the original warehouse instead of being delivered to my address. This was a frustrating experience, and I hope the issue can be resolved quickly with either a replacement or a refund. I expected much better service.

The courier was quite kind. the quality of the slippers, the size fits (the soles are of poor quality, and you can feel them when walking)
