Would have given a five star rating but…
Would have given a five star rating but for the design of the coach - which included backward facing seats.
In such circumstances, customers should be given a choice.
Fortunately, the coach wasn't full and I was able to change my seat.
The coach crew were very good. Both helpful and informative.

Very friendly and efficient service
The coach arrived promptly, and we were given a warm welcome by both the driver and the stewardess. The journey was smooth, the service friendly and efficient. Hammersmith is a very useful starting point on arriving in London, it took me by surprise.
This service runs from my home town right into the city, and I am delighted about it!

Took the service from Codford to London…
Took the service from Codford to London return.
Outbound - fantastic service on a very modern bus and friendly staff.
Return - a slightly older bus but still very comfortable, for some reason no staff for the return so no catering service.
The trip is so convenient and fast - never using the train again.
Great after-service to return my lost property (say no more!!)

Friendly, helpful driver and courier,
Courier was very polite and welcoming.
Clean, Comfortable Coach.
On the return journey, with the toilet not working,
the company had arrange a stop at Fleet Services for a comfort break.

Happy with premium front seat and on board catering. Very disappointed there was no charging point for mobile on both outward and return coaches even though this was advertised
