Berry’s makes travelling to London a pleasure, easy booking, good safe drivers and charming helpful couriers offering refreshments and information. Far more convenient than an intermittent rail service.

Personal and friendly service. The bus drivers and hostesses were welcoming and friendly, with a good sense of humour. Overall the journeys were comfortable, apart from faulty air-con on the Outward journey. It was a hot day and I felt uncomfortable upstairs. The Return journey was bang on time! Ticket prices are very reasonable. I/we will definitely use Berrys Coaches again.

Aiden was brilliant as usual. He really is the face of Berrys. Everyone loves him and his manner and friendly professionalism is simply first class !!

Very nice staff as always but on our outward journey we were frozen to the bone downstairs and the unfortunate attendant advised that he had to try and cool upstairs which was overheated and there is only one setting for the whole bus. We had to move upstairs to warm up. On the return journey it was absurdly hot onboard a different bus so this isn’t an isolated event. Such a great way to get to London and back but this put us off a bit which is a shame.

Better than be in time, it's be early (even for 10 min), I really appreciate Berry's Coach staff, on board, or by phone, the best customer service, apart from the tkts price, very reasonable.

He was attentive, helpful and very respectful.
The trip went very well, I think we must have had a tail wind!
This trip was 100% better than my last one in 2023.

My adopted mother and I were greeted by your lovely lady driver Sam at Bridgwater this morning, 12th April 2024. We would both like say that from the minute she took our names until our return drop off she went above and beyond. Sam had local knowledge of Cornwall which added to our trip... She really did make our day and is a credit to Berry's.
We would highly recommend this day out to beautiful Padstow and Port Isaac, lots of pics taken and memories made. 🌞

Quite a unique service in todays world with very much the personal touch and service.

Coach arrived on time, is comfortable and the staff on board are welcoming. A great option for a day out in London.

We recently had Berrys take our U15 team & parents on a rugby tour to the Netherlands. Always on time, smooth handovers & the driver Kevin was brilliant and we got where we needed to be on time if not early, which on a busy Easter weekend was an achievement!
The coach was clean, comfortable despite the long journey & would definitely be happy for them to take us again!

It’s a fab service. The coaches are looking a little tired and it was a bit hot for me, but it runs on time, the staff are fab and it’s a cheap way to get into London.

Brilliant service and the driver and assistance are great. I always book a premium seat and every single assistant will not acknowledge this. One assistant mocked that passengers are bringing this up for a pound difference. I find that disrespectful and not acceptable. You as a company promote this on your website. Not appropriate. Please sort this. I am a regular customer and very alarmed

Just want to suggest if you can improve the cleanliness of the coaches, please. Otherwise, everything is all good.
