This was the worst ever experience! DON'T BUY ANYTHING. I am worrying you do not buy anything from them!
I ordered dress for my daughter birthday for £20. It came with 2small wholes right on the front. Really clearly manufactur defects. Contacting they customer service was a nightmare. I sent then photos of this dress. They requested that I post it back to address in China! It cost me additional £ 11! AND I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN IT IS SCAM AND SCANDAL!

Bought various dresses, the ones that arrived were terrible quality and sizing was erratic. Tried to return them but got fobbed off for 3 weeks before they would even give an address. Paid for return postage to China only to have them refuse to accept the package and for it return to me months later. They continue to refuse to process any refund.

This is probably the worst clothing that I have ever received from a company online. Very cheap quality, sizing so off I could have fit my whole family in the blouses. Of the 3 items that I received not one is worth wearing. I contacted the company as soon as I received the package is was given the run around from the get go. Finally I have an address to send the items back but I can't guarantee that I will get a refund because they "talked" through email about a credit to the site!!! Are you kidding me I wouldn't ever buy from there again and would recommend that no one buy from this cheap clothing company.

I spent over a hundred $ from them April 7 2019. I emailed several times and tried many times to call. All I can say is I donated to them bc I never received one thing. The message I received from them for over a year was they had a delay due to all the orders.

The new garter two piece lingerie at Berrylook are so nice. I just got mine last weekend and man do I love it! They make me feel so feminine and sexy. My husband loves it, too, by the way. Thanks, Berrylook.

Berrylook products are crap! I threw everything away that I ordered from them! I wouldn't dress my dogs in their products! Biggest waste of $85 I've ever spent!

first saw outlaws on my instagram ads, and immediately liked the style of the rings and necklaces. I wanted to try to buy a necklace because I liked it, now that it was shipped to me I am obsessed with it! i will definitely buy again!

Do not shop this company. They will just shipped you any thing that look a like item and it is not what you ordered. As for return, you will find out that it is expensive to return to Hongkong. And they just refund you for the item if they approved even if it is defective. I did not do my research and I paid for it. It is painful to return and you might not anything back. Lucky if they return you 1/4 of the ordered amount..

I cant believe the good reports I ordered 3 coats size XL and the would not have fitted a size 8. Poor quality in the bin now customer services the worst

Do not order from this company, I never got anything that I ordered .I write a mail ask for refund never got answer.They are thiefs.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Refused to give a returns address. Asked us to take pictures of the very poor quality items. Did everything to avoid giving a refund despite several email requests. The company behind this website is in Hong Kong. Not subject it appears to UK consumer laws. Many many bad reports on other consumer websites. BEWARE!!!!

The merchandise is not what was written. The shirt I ordered was sold as 60 % cotton. It is 100% polyester. And the shoes are larger than the same brand measures!

I went to this store because we were trying to find a modest green Nikkah dress for my sister in law and we were so happy to find it there. The pieces are reasonably priced and the plus point is that the pieces are very modest so you do not need to spend money on alterations😊 Lastly, Berry Look store gets a 5 star from me for their beautiful modest designs, great customer service, and good location (just next to Bamyan Kabob).

I ordered 5 pairs of boots from there. A black pair that laced up the back(unfortunately, you had to lace it and most of the holes were not there) 2 brown pair the same(one was going to a friend of mine for Christmas-both came in as mustard yellow- both looking like they sat in a warehouse for decades. The other 2 pair ok but not worth the money. That is my only and last time I will ever shop there.

I have brought a new leather coat long coat at just only 38.56 USD. Actually, i was looking for the blue colour coat. But I didn't found anything which meets with my wife's desires. Then, I used to have a look on this website which is well known for having a various colour option. I ordered my favourite coat for my wife in blue colour. Thank you so much Berry Look. I will surely shop once again.

This is a fraud company who claim they are based in the US but they are not. They're based in China.
They are actually using two different names not just berrylook but also zoodoll. I ordered a man's jacket from them and pid £80 but received something very cheap and does not match the description at all. The jacket I received isn't even worth £20.
I actually ordered that jacket from a company called zoodoll but received an email from berrylook confirming that purchase!
When I asked for a refund, they tried desperately to offer me coupons to spend on their website but of course I refused and they eventually asked me to pay for the shipping!
Not just this, I also ordered some ladies jackets from them worth £250 and never received them. When checking the tracking link they provided it said that the package was returned back to the sender (them).
I contacted them for a refund because I never received the parcel but they completely ignored all my emails!
They are a fraud, stay away from them.

Over a week ago, I referred by one of my friends to try casual dresses of you. I ignored that time but once I was buffering here and there and I found your online store which has a large collection of casual dresses. Thank you so much, Berrylook for amazing collection. I have ordered ten casual dresses for my sister and daughter cloths.
