Excellent service, price and fitting as usual by the Berrimans Team, they have supplied and fitted all our carpets for over a decade. Can’t thank them enough, great that they are still a family business showing the retail chains how the job should be done. 👍

Had laminate flooring fitted this week, start date was Monday but had no call previous to let me know what time the fitters were starting . After waiting until nine in morn I rang fto find that they would be there around ten thirty. A call on previous day to communicate the start time would help all
After the job was finished I went to the property to find doors had been taken off and when I queation3d this I was told the screws were not good , they were refitted but only the day after I found you can't close one of the doors this was obviously why reluctant to refit the doors.
There was thick dust all over due to the cutting involved thre had obviously been no effort to leave the place as found I have other works going o in flat but the colour of dust shows its the flooring that made the mess.
I rang to ask about why door was not sorted but person answering was hesitant and says they will take doors of but not sort if needed.
I was very happy with the flooring but communication and finer points need to improve before I'd recommend to others.
Also I had a lot of flooring left over still packaged they won’t refund me for it even though they measured the property so made me pay for to much flooring but don’t refund. Open to a very good money making opportunity for Berriman but not the customer
Guy that measures is either incompetent or on a bonus.

Really great customer service! Was really patient with me as I couldn’t decide on a colour and lent me samples to take home. Really happy with the carpets and they look great!

Absolutely amazing service. So simple from messaging on facebook, to getting a quote & even the pictures sent to me for the specific colour & type of carpet I wanted.

Nothing was too much trouble for the bloke who came to measure, the people in store or the fitters. Friendly welcoming and could not fault the price. Fantastic service and will 10000% be using again in the future.

I purchased and had fitted by Berrimans in my dining room and kitchen some Moduleo LVT. (Had carpets throughly too) this was the beginning of the year. I purchased Moduleo LVT. I believed that this was hardwearing and a good choice for kitchens and dining room. At the end of March I saw a break in the LVT in my dining room. It was like a lump and a break. I contacted Berrimans to see what was wrong. I arranged a date but he didn’t show so I contacted him again un rearranged 3rd of April. He came and took a picture and asked if anything had been dropped on it. (Which in fairness was the obvious question) There is only me and my husband and to the best of our knowledge nothing has been dropped on it. Plus the surrounding area was not traumatised either. He said he would report it to Moduleo the manufacturer. I chased an update on 28th of April and again on 12th of May. The reply was Moduleo believe we have dropped something on this and that to have it replaced Berrimans said would be at a cost to us. How convenient from the manufacturer that it’s the customer at fault and not the product. Had I known Moduleo LVT was not a hardwearing and suitable product for my dining room and that it can break easily for whatever reason, I would not have purchased it. It’s not a high traffic area and nothing has been dropped on it yet it has so easily incurrrd a problem. We will have to agree to disagree but customers be aware of Moduleo LVT and Berrimans customer service. There were recommended to me as well!

Excellent service choosing carpet, removing old carpet
and fitting new carpet. All work was very efficient. Have used them before and will use again. Highly recommended

Amazing experience from start to finish. Was assisted by a lovely gent in store. Nothing was ever a bother for them and was always prompt with replies. Fitters rang an hour before they were due to arrive which I appreciated as I am a busy women! Definitely gets 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From me!

Would 100% recommend this company, they made a lovely job at my carpet fitting and were very helpful.

Whoever came to measure the carpets and vinyl needs to go back to school. Both were mis-measured. Thankfully the fitters had better skill - particularly the lad who did the kitchen.

Now have 2 sets of vinyl that we have to get rid of.

I have recently used Berriman’s carpets after purchasing a new house. I opted for the whole house package which I must say is absolutely great value. I did not live in the area and therefore made several communications via phone and email. All staff I interacted with were very responsive, helpful and really friendly. They made the whole process so easy. The carpets were delivered and fitted on schedule and the carpets themselves and the fitting are to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation of recommending them to family and friends in the future. I am really happy with the product I received. Thank you!

Dreadful experience with Berriman’s, used them to have Harvey Maria floor tiles laid in March 2021, the first fitting was an abomination, floor tiles rising, dirty sticky glue between every tile, it was shocking. Customer service/management was appalling and it was not until I suggested getting an independent assessor in they responded to any of my numerous calls and emails, the floor was refitted, but they left all the previous floor that had been ripped up outside our house for weeks, then told us it was our responsibility to dispose of it, the job is still not complete months later, but they ignore all our calls, and frankly I’ve given up with them and their phoney excuses and empty promises. An utter disgrace.
