Not what they used to be

These used to be very good but they are now apparently using local distributors and the quality has gone way downhill. Berries I got today were small and not even ripe. Not worth the money

absolutely terrible experience

I’m only giving it one star because i can’t leave it negative stars. They promised delivery on the right day multiple times (I double-checked to make sure they got it right), and they messed it up and never made it right. Still waiting to be reimbursed but i’ve stopped expecting my money back. They have got to be the most unprofessional company. I can’t believe more people don’t know not to order from them. Could not recommend them less.

A Total Disappointment

I must say first that I've always thought highly of this company and I could eat their berries without even having an occasion to. However, at this time I can't say that I feel the same anymore
I feel totally let down. I purchased an order to be delivered December 5, 2 days ago and haven not yet received them and when trying to reach customer service that's suppose to be available 24/7 you can't reach anyone.
At this moment I feel like I'm pretty done with shari's berries

Showed up at 8:30 at night

Showed up at 8:30 at night. The balloon I ordered never showed up. Tried call and inform them, nothing. Emailed them and no response. I will not use them again and i strongly that you don't. horrible customer service.

No customer service and bad berries

Texting customer service transfers me to a human who never responds. This happened twice. I called and left my number for a callback but never got one.

I had opened our holiday strawberries for a party. They were sweating and some were broken. The eyes in the turkeys had dropped off so we couldn’t use them. They were also pretty sticky. It was just sloppy. We tried to eat a few but everyone said they tasted weird so we ended up throwing them out. It was just a disappointing experience and unlikely we would order these again. Especially for the price and the lack of any customer service response. I’d like a refund to be honored based off their customer promise on the website. Unlikely.

I ordered a fruit and sweet basket for…

I ordered a fruit and sweet basket for my family after the passing of my aunt. Upon delivery, they received a flat box, not at all what I paid for. Customer service is out of the country and of little help. 1.5 hours for a supervisor, and still no response.

Do not order from this company!!!!!!

Do not order from this company!!!!!!! I purchased an order that was over $100 for my sister‘s birthday. It was suppose to be delivered on her birthday.. when I reached out to them to find out, what time were they coming? They told me that they weren’t coming, but they could give me a refund. It would just take 3 to 5 days to get the money back. My sister‘s birthday was ruined. It was a guaranteed order to be delivered on a certain date.

Horrible service

Horrible service. No kind of communication. Doesn’t email you updates. I’m mad there is no 0 star option. Customer service will continue to send you down a rabbit hole instead of returning your money. They didn’t do anything after I purchased the service. I actually thought I was ordering thru edible arrangements but it was Shari’s. Horrible service!!! Do NOT USE THEM!

Never received item

Never received item. Paid $70 for 12 strawberries to be delivered at a certain date. Was not delivered. Then told me would be delivered next day. Was not delivered. Customer service could not tell me why, would not try to reach florist and find out any information. Told me I’d receive a partial credit and a ‘savings pass’ by email. Not only did I not receive the refund and savings pass I never was emailed updated delivery info. Will never use again. Do better Sharis Berries

I don't know what has happened..but…

I don't know what has happened..but this company is not the same! The strawberries are small..sour..and the chocolate taste nasty! Over priced and when you have to depend on 1-800-flowers for delivery..might as well forget it!! They SUCK..they use Door Dash for delvery..so the berries are not kept cold...add on's like balloons missing!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! ULGH!!!!!!!

Absolute worst experience I ordered…

Absolute worst experience I ordered something two weeks ago to get delivered to my daughter for Halloween and at 8:30. They told me they attempted but they cannot tell me how they attempt my daughter never received an email or a phone call. I will never order from them again save yourself and find a different company because they do not deliver.

Negative stars

Negative stars. Horrible business. I thought I was ordering from edible arrangements but I was routed to Shari’s and didn’t realize until the order was placed. Never got confirmation that gift arrived. Called Shari’s and recording said my order didn’t exist.
Arrangement was supposed to be delivered yesterday, placed and paid a rush on it and was never delivered. Customer service doesn’t exist. Placed on hold forever and eventually hung up so I’ll have to dispute the charge on my credit card. Don’t order from this place!!!!!

DON’T BOTHER; GO ELSEWHERE

Every negative review below is correct. Ordered very early in the morning and was promised delivery same day to hospital for a very serious situation and the patient’s wife’s birthday which the family spent waiting for results in the room. Did not indicate SB was going through 1800flowers who would then go through a local shop and who knows how they would deliver to the hospital. Delivery never happened and tried contacting customer service which apparently does not exist. I received SB once a few years ago and thought they were really good. Have sent them to others since but will NEVER use or recommend them again.

Shameful Shari’s Berries

I received a box of Shari’s Berries as a thank you from a customer. They arrived late, the interior ice packs were no longer cold and the berries were gooey. She knew they arrived late so called and had another box sent, I’m assuming at no cost. Upon opening the second box, it was a huge disappointment. The berries were a fraction of what the normal berry size normally is, barely bite sized and I can only think this was done intentionally because a replacement box had to be sent out because their delivery company FedEx who is notorious for late shipments couldn’t make the delivery on time. I know how expensive these things are, shameful on Shari’s Berries part!

Nasty nasty nasty

I had ordered some of the Disney themed chocolate covered strawberries, they were probably the nastiest things I’ve had in my life, so bad I couldn’t even swallow them, had to spit it right out and throw them away, very disappointed and will not be purchasing anything from this place ever again. Maybe it’s the fruit they pick or the chocolate that needs to be changed, definitely a combination of both needs to be changed because I was ready to throw up.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE; UNDISCLOSED PROVIDERS AND WASTED ORDER, EFFORT AND MONEY

I ordered 2-2 dozen boxes dipped strawberries to be delivered to my daughter’s wedding. There is NO ability to specify a delivery time, even though it’s promised on the site. After I figured out I needed to contact someone to address the delivery time, I found there is NO customer support. I never found a phone number for Shari’s Berries (SB) so I called 1-800–FLOWERS, the corporate parent. I held for over 1.25 hours listening to the ridiculous marketing loop. No one ever picked up. Moreover, SB’s POLICY is NOT TO DISCLOSE the name of the vendor, so no ability to reach out directly. On the wedding day, I found that SB’S SPLIT THE ORDER between 2 vendors-1 for each 2-dozen item; each 20 miles from venue. Both vendors delivered HOURS before the venue opened. It was a cloudless 90 degree day and 1 of the 2-dozen boxes was left hanging from the venue front door. $150+ for 24 usable strawberries. 24 berries for 96 guests-I didn’t even bother to put them out. Garbage. Colossal waste of effort with massive unnecessary stress on the wedding day. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Better to do without than endure the hassle
