Delivery to Spain has been terrible

Delivery to Spain has been terrible. 3 days running the delivery company SEUR have said that they can't deliver due to no one being home and each day I've been at home waiting, with no sign of a delivery van. After phoning they said they can leave it at a collection point, but it's too heavy for me to carry. Not sure what to do next as SEUR do not try to deliver.

Shop at own risk

Shop at own risk. Ordered a WC on 01/06. They gave us a bogus DHL number which never worked ( fake? ). Asked for clarification no reply. Eventually after 3 weeks i managed to get somebody on the phone , and a second DHL number which appeared valid. Still DHL did not call nor deliver at any time. It appears there's simply too few employees for the demand , so everything is a mess. Nobody replies to emails, and some overworked and tired lady was doing her best on the phone , but it sounded like she was on the verge of collapsing. She still did nothing to solve the issue and suggested i write an email ( LOL - which nobody replied ). I would suggest hire and train more staff before you lose the existing ones OR take less orders. This is not what anybody expects from a german run company. Still fighting to get a refund... opened a bunch of complaints that i will let through if still nothing ( been 6 weeks since... )

Horrible ordering process!

Horrible ordering process!
I ordered the item in August 2021 and "expected" to arrive 2 weeks later.
7! Months later the item is still not there and "expected" to arrive in 2 months.
This company writes me 3 times on the day of the promised delivery the mail that my item "Due to delays in transit" is more than 2 months late. How dubious can you be as a company if you misjudge like this? Why give a date at all if you can't even begin to keep it?!
As a customer, I take vacation and book fitters. How can you treat a customer so badly?
Very sad.

Appalling customer experience

Appalling customer experience

I had to try a few times to purchase because their payment gateway doesn’t work properly. I was charged twice and had to chase their finance department for a refund, their begrudged replies taking days.
My purchase took a while to be shipped and then, for some reason they don’t even know as their systems are not integrated, my parcel got returned. If I wrote to customer service, I was ignored. If I called, they told me they would help but nothing happened. The only representative with a bit of professional pride had left the company, unsurprisingly.
It has taken 6 weeks for the bath stool to arrive from Germany to Spain !!

I must say the product is amazing, the design, the material, the quality.
But I cannot phantom how this company stays afloat, it is shocking.
Herr Michael Gross, I have to say you are doing a vert poor job managing that mess of a company.

Please do not touch this company with a 10 ft pole. Ordered several items back in March 2021 with a delivery promised in early May. Nextrend did not inform me of any delays and I had to contact customer Service. They acknowledged my inquiry but needed 10 days to respond, you heard right TEN DAYS to find out the delivery status of a pending Shipping date. Delivery was pushed out to June, than July and finally August 8th, 2021, and no products om sight. Not once did the Customer Service proactively inform me of the delay. Today I have cancelled my order and requested PayPal to reimburse me. This company is the worst in my memory and yet one expects: Deutche Gruendlichkeit, obviously a joke. Avoid, avoid and avoid.

Worst than you can imagine

Ordered 2 washbasins some 2 months ago. Haven’t been informed about stock problems beforehand. Now they have been lying to me about delivery dates and avoinding to provide me with the exact delivery date.
Now for last 7 days, they do not answer my phone call as well as emails.
Definitely supplier you dont want to buy from.

Taken care that company

Taken care that company. Very bad customer service however very low quality productions. Besides dont believe google reviews. Mostly fake! You havent any customer care rules at this company. Realy taken care!

Falls das von Bernstein oder Nextrend gelieferte Produkt (hauptsächlich Importe aus China) nicht die erwartete Qualität oder Leistung aufweist, unternimmt die Kundendienststrategie große Anstrengungen, um das Produkt nicht zurückzunehmen. Sie gewähren Ihnen beispielsweise einen kleinen Rabatt, um zu vermeiden, dass Sie die Ware auch bei einem Defekt oder Transportschaden und nach Nachweis der beschädigten Ware zurückerhalten. Sollte dies fehlschlagen (oder nicht angewendet werden), werden sie versuchen, Ihnen die Rücksendung des Artikels in Rechnung zu stellen, und drohen, dass sie, wenn sie ihn nicht weiterverkaufen können, auch weitere Gelder von der Rückerstattung abziehen. Daher doppelter Effekt. Sie zahlen für die Rücksendung des Artikels und Ihre Rückerstattung wird möglicherweise nicht vollständig (oder überhaupt nicht) zurückerstattet. Kaufen Sie auf eigenes Risiko ein!

In case the supplied product by Bernstein or Nextrend (imports from China mainly) is not of the expected quality or performance, their customer service strategy goes to great lengths not to accept the product back. They will for example provide you with a small discount to avoid getting back the goods even in case of a defect or transport damage and after proofs of the damaged good. Should the above fail (or not applied) they will try to charge you for returning the item threatening that if they can not resell it, they will also deduct further monies from the refund. Hence double effect. You pay to return the item and your refund may be not fully (or at all) returned. Shop at your own risk!
