I had a great experience working with Graham! Him and his team helped me set up a solid profile as well as all the documents I needed to set me up for success. That, combined with the data driven approach they used helped me land the first apartment I viewed and applied for within 1 - 2 weeks. Almost an anomaly in cities like Berlin but I feel this all down to the incredible approach that they use. Warm rent is fantastic, alt bau, super central - what more could a person ask for.

Graham has a very good ability to find homes for you in a market that does not seem to have any homes. He is really really good at his work and has 100% guaranteed results.

I loved working with Graham. Having someone who knows the market and how to deal with all the parties involved made the whole difference.
I madly love the flat we found together. Recently I noticed I try not to make plans around 16-18 because the light hits perfectly and I just love being at home to enjoy it.
