Misleading information
This is only good if you are going to use the public transport a lot.
For the discount they promised it is not very good, you have to buy the combination tickets in order to get the discount, for example I went to the Charlottenburg Palace, it is divided in to two sections, the old and the new, I only wanted to do the old part meaning I couldn’t get the discount. Also my friend wanted to go on the Hop on Hop off bus but she was only to get the discount if she combined the river tour too
I checked the Museum Island and found out that I can only get the discount if I get a combined ticket of all 5 of them in one day, well, if you want to explore a museum you need to have your time and not to rush plus you’ll be exhausted after visiting one museum let alone 5.
We were given a misleading information when we purchased it, we were told that the normal travel card does not work on the airport train when they should tell us it doesn’t work on the express train but will work on the normal train, we actually took the normal train and only found out about the express after we returned.
We paid €53.50 for 3.5 days we were there which could have been half or maybe less than half of this as we spent most of the time walking from A to B
