Great selection of products. Very reasonable prices. Only 4 stars because of shipping (cost and speed). In a post Amazon prime world, most consumers are accustomed to fast and free shipping.

Terribly slow shipping. Otherwise very ok

On top of offering a great product, they have wonderful customer service. For example, they are unable to ship quickly at the moment due to high demand, but they still send you an e-mail letting you know that your order is in queue and hasn't been forgotten. I have ordered from other places before, and I am lucky that i am notified when the items ships. I'm not left in the dark wondering what is going on with my order.

I'd rate 'em a lot higher if the order could get here sooner than a month and a half. Great product when it gets here.

No notice of a 2 month delivery timeframe. No response to my email request to cancel. $1k down the drain?

I placed my order on 2/21/20 and as of 3/9/20 it is still processing. I ordered cause they had a sale going on and I wanted to finally try some of their products. But nothing so far. So obviously for a company that claims to be prepared and have emergency essentials, they are not prepared themselves. I guess i will wait cause I really want to try the products. Just a little disappointed. Oh I know there is all the hype about the corona virus and all, but itsnt that what your company claims to be prepared for.

When I placed my order, it showed items were in stock! Now I am waiting extra time due to the panicked buying frenzy.... I understand that it is first com/ First served....us your purchase system not tied into your inventory system ?

Still have not gotten my package. Should not take this long.

They showed products in stock, but evidently they lied. Now they say it May be up to 2 months before they ship. They have my payment. Now I’m wondering if I will get anything or everything I ordered. Pretty sorry service.

Well it’s not really emergency essentials fault, but I ordered stuff that was in stock. I have been looking out for it to be shipped. Tried to check on the website. Over a week later I received an email that it will be shipped sometime someday. I know stuff is crazy now , but seems like the time it takes to read any of this, my order could have been shipped. I don’t know if it will be two more weeks or months.

Even doing everything online is a slow process. Web site is slow, processing is slow, shipping is slow. Liked it better when you were in your old facility.

We regret giving EMERGENCY ESSENTIALS a one star. The items we ordered were "in stock" when we bought them. Now we received a letter from them stating we have to waitv up to two months to receive our order.

I got everything I ordered but filling the order and actually shipping it took a week even when they stated the items were in stock. a little more communication would have been nice besides being told that my order was being processed. I will use them again because of their pricing and selection I just know now that it will take a bit to get here.

I just received my order of Auguson Farms simple solution food supply and tried the roasted red pepper soup. It's good. Not grainy like some are. But I was thinking that it would also make a great base for a vegetable soup.
