Visited the café in the V&A London. Brioche egg mayonnaise roll was £17 and a small quiche with two salads £18. The rolls were small and brioche is too sweet for this kind of offering. We opted for an... See more

Serpentine cafe in Hyde Park

Serpentine cafe in Hyde Park: standards have really dropped here, whilst prices are high. We used to come here a lot, and bring our kids as there was a kid's menu. But last time we went (2 days ago), the salad was dire and totally not value for money. Anna, the manageress was helpful and professional but what could she say? No tourists there at moment, so large number of locals, many of whom must have noticed the same fall as we have, and won't be going back, or not so frequently. Shame. Really a shame Benugo.
