Fantastic Service
After doing a Google search for an ornament I wanted to purchase, Bentleys appeared in the list. I had never heard of them, however, took a risk, purchased the ornament and will definitely order from them again. Great company selling great products
I found what I was looking for at the cheapest price on this company's website, and after looking at their reviews decided to order from them. The item arrived promptly, was just as described, and was a great price. I didn't need to contact them, but I was kept up to date with the shipping, and I qpuks definitely recommend ordering from them and wouldn't hesitate to do so again myself in the future.

Excellent Customer Service & Beautiful Quality Products
Ordered an item from Bentley House of Gifts and unfortunately the wrong product arrived. Mistakes happen, but what really matters is how a company deals with them, and they sorted it out quickly, fairly and without any hassle at all.
The customer service was excellent throughout and, in the end, I actually kept both products because they’re both genuinely lovely and really good quality.
Refreshing to deal with a company that clearly cares about its customers. Would happily order from them again.

Undelivered parcel
Yes was given a delivery time stayed in to recevie my parcel but got a text to say it gad been delivered to the Post Office ( why not deliver to my home)?
