I bought a watch from Bensontrade. It arrived quickly in Romania from Holland, and in good condition. I later realized that I didn't like the watch model (my fault) and returned it. I received my money back in a reasonable amount of time. They were very kind and serious. The communication via email was perfect. I recommend this company.
Ordered a microbrand watch from Benson Trade. During the process had several email questions and Benson Trade responded very quickly. My watch was shipped quickly and the item arrived very safely packaged. So far extremely happy with the watch which looks amazing.
The most terrible company I have met in many years, using the services of the Internet! I ordered my husband a birthday present, a box for storing watches! 600 euros threw out !!! As soon as I received it, I immediately broke down and did not turn on! I sent it back, but unfortunately this company has not yet returned the money, although our delivery company has sent a confirmation that the parcel is in place !! A year has passed and so nothing moves !!! They say they didn't get it !! And no package no money !!!

We asked the client to return the unit. We never received the unit and asked several times for information about the shipment. The client cannot/won't give the tracking number and/or transport company. We cannot refund or perform any aftersales service without having the product physically returned for a check.
