We went to the Witney branch, and the assistant was very helpful (Hannah). She gave us space to try out the mattress, answered all our questions, and even gave our puppy a dog treat. She made the whole experience painless.

I was impressed with the service I received from Hannah. Nothing was too much trouble. She was vey helpful from the moment ent I entered the shop. She was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right choice. I am looking forward to my bed being delivered!
I was quite surprised how quick the delivery time is! About 5 weeks from date of purchase. Which is perfect for me.

Helpful staff & bright shop
Helpful staff, nice bright shop and not overly crowded, well laid out to see the various options. Didn't actually plan to buy a bed that day but did in the end, plus a headboard.
