The store was great, delivery dissapointing
The store was great. We were greeted on arrival, allowed to look around and given good advice both from the team and from the display on each bed. I would prefer though to have the delivery price marked on the bed, not as a surprise at payment time.
The delivery however did not match the professionalism of the store. Although it was on time, we didn't get the the call 30 minutes before, then 1 man came to carry our old mattress away and needed my help to lift it before dragging it down the drive. At this point the 2nd man was at the door with our new mattress on his shoulder and needed my help to lift in in. He also needed persuasion to unwrap it for inspection and to take the wrapping away. Overall an impression they were hurrying. There was a small mark on the mattress which we've managed to erase.

We visited Benson for Beds in Torquay
We visited Benson for Beds in Torquay, after 5/10mins we was asked if we wanted any help, we declined and carried on browsing, I then looked for a sales assistance, a guy called Jake, I told him what we had and what we where specifically looking for. He showed us 4 or 5 different options and prices.
We found the bed we wanted, Mattress, Bed frame and headboard. We used our blue light discount and also used a 10% discount, spending well over £2000.
We did not feel pressured by Jake at all, he was friendly, helpful, full of knowledge and very professional.
He is a Credit to your Team!!

We visited the showroom in Torquay and…
We visited the showroom in Torquay and were greeted by two very helpful salesmen.
Initially we were onky looking but Jake showed us the type of beds we were seeking.
There was no pressure to buy which helped with our final decision to place tge irder.
We have received good communication and updates on the progress of our order too.
