Buying a bed isn’t something I do that often…
Buying a bed isn’t something I do that often, but would thoroughly recommend Bensons.
I initially chose them, because they are one of the few stores that stock Simba mattresses, which is what I wanted. And I wanted an ottoman bed too.
The people in the store were helpful without being pushy, and the delivery was excellent. Messages a few days before to give a 2 hour delivery slot, followed by call the day before and then again 20mins before delivery.
I’m impressed.

After IKEA completely let us down failing to deliver our son's bed we had to scramble around on a Sunday afternoon for a solution! Thank goodness for Sarah in the Stevenage store, found me the perfect bed to take away that day and saved my son sleeping on the floor. Ikea's lost a customer and Bensons has gained a very grateful one.
