Well informed, happy, relaxed experience.
We were approached in store after walking in, straight away taken to the magic mattress machine that measured how we lie and gave us really good advice. Then we were allowed to test out numerous mattresses at our leisure, zero pressure, great approach to getting us to make our minds up in our own time.
We walked away feeling like we made a well informed decision and were really looked after.

Outstanding service from Ian who understood EXACTLY what we wanted.
Outstanding service from Ian at the Southport store. Ian approached us and asked if we knew what we were looking for. I did! He took us straight to 3 beds and then told us to lie on them in turn. He then encouraged us to try out other beds but no he was spot with his choices! Ian left us to wander about and discuss on our own. No pressure and no hard sell.
We eventually settled on one of the three he picked out and gave us a delivery date.
Our bed arrived on time, delivered with care, and it is just perfect! Had it now for a couple of weeks and have had the best nights sleep ever since. Definitely worth visiting Bensons for beds.

Jamie the salesman was absolutely brilliant,he explained the different types of mattresses and bed bases and didn't rush us to make a decision. He made us feel at ease and didn't rush us while we made our choice. I have already told other members of my family and friends how stressless experience it was. Highly recommended.
