Excellent service. The rep was extremely knowledgeable about the bed and mattress we wanted. He also helped us to get the best price possible. The whole experience was quick and we were very well looked after. I would highly recommend

Very helpful in-store service, not too pushy and directing us to what we wanted and were looking for.
Paul and Glen who delivered our mattress arrived on time, communicated well and took away the old one managed to negotiate our heritage cottages confined spaces with good humour and care.
All in all a good experience

Service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Purchasing of bed & mattress was made so easy. The salesman was friendly, very knowledgeable and so helpful.
When the bed frame was delivered it was built with minimal fuss and very quickly. The new mattress is outstanding and I have never slept better.

We visited the Plymouth branch twice before making a final visit and decision, staff were all very happy, friendly and didn't push us for a sale. Going through our sale and delivery went easy and very pleasant, delivery guys called prior to delivery and took all three items to chosen room, which was much appreciated. We would recommend and us Bensons again, thank you.

Delivery was on time and the bed was assembled by the delivery team.
Bedside table was put in the bedroom and I told thy don’t unpack or assemble.
The electric motors on the ottoman went up perfectly but to get the mattress down you have to push on it. The store have arranged for a technician to call on Monday to hopefully sort out the issue.
That all said we are very pleased with the bed and how comfortable it is, Rachel in the store has been very helpful from the time we entered the store to helping answer any questions.
