I am very disappointed,I ordered a mattress in Luton bensons store, the delivery is very late, 25days later they given delivery date and they charged 59pounds for delivery and Brigitte doesn’t explain any thing she is always chatting in mobile in front of customers.
And she done wrong billing.

Our assistant Shameele was very thorough giving us a run through of all the various choices we could have.

From the sales person In the shop to the delivery the experience was good. I was kept up to date with what was happening with my order. The delivery drivers were very nice too they protected the carpets by over shoe protection. Took the furniture to the bedroom took time to see if we were happy

We bought a bed frame from Bensons for Beds, Amazing Customer service the lady named Aneesa was very patient and helpful in answering any questions we had with such detail and helped us buying our new bed .

The products are pure quality sold at a very reasonable price relative to other similar retailers.

Lovely experience in the shop, manager was great, ordered my bedroom furniture, was told 8/10 weeks delivery, 4 days later now told 18 weeks delivery, end of March next year! What a joke! So not happy with this as I was going to go to John Lewis and didn’t because they were saying 13 weeks, now these lot do this? It’s not really acceptable as it’s almost double the time!

Came away with what we wanted and pleased with the price, could not have been better.

The driver Janis Smits and co worker who delivered our mattress were very polite and took the trouble to put on shoe protectors each time they went in and out and delivery went very smoothly, we were very pleased

Been at Bensons for Beds 2 weeks ago to check a mattres that actually helps with your sleep and was not disappointed.
The staff was very helpful and friendly without making you believe that you have to get a mortgage to get a proper mattress and so the quality of their products and services.

The manager Steven being so knowledgeable of the products. Made it easier for us to make a decision and get the correct bed for us.

The ottermen bed ordered when put together would not close, the frame slightly bent and no instructions on how to put together the frame, we had to go back to the shop twice. We spoke to the customer service operator and complained as we spent over £3500.00 on the bed. They said they would send an engineer 3rd party? So we are waiting for someone to contact us.They would not offer a good will jester or compensation. I need to replace another but would not use bensons because of our poor experience, if they had of compensated of thing would have been so different.

Great service, only issue is how long it takes a bed to get delivered.

Loved the whole experience.
No pushy salesman.
Told him what we were looking for.He explained all that we needed to know,and left it with us to look around ourselves.We made our own decisions.
Very happy with our purchase,and delivery date.
