Great experience through advise and guidance on the variety of mattresses to ensure our comfort level was met. The Sales Advisor ( named Mel ) answered all of our questions and gave comprehensive instruction on after care.

Good clear displays and all mattresses easy to try for comfort .Staff were friendly and helpful.

My experience at Bensons beds, was very good, ordered a electric ottoman bed which is excellent, it was the first electric bed that the installers had put in.
But the next day in my emails, I was told that I could have had 2 new pillows, with my new bed, so I telephoned the Kidderminster store, and was told that they would get back to me the following day, weeks later I am still waiting, very poor customer service. Which is why I could only give it 3 stars.

Tom made the purchase really simple. He explained about the product and the returns policy, given that the item isn't available in any store to try. He honoured the online discounts, considering that they weren't showing on the tablet he was using.

Popped into Kidderminster Store to look for a new mattress. We were able to look and try the mattresses in our own time, without feeling pressured by the staff.
