Rude, obnoxious staff member laughed at me when i wanted to return an item that was nothing like the sample I tried in store and said their policy is that they don't do refunds and wanted to keep the difference if an exchange was cheaper. Awful and criminal polices and will never be returning

Great service.
Very helpful got plenty of time to look around and to try out the mattresses in the shop, lots of updates on when it would be arriving and the delivery men were very polite,friendly and respectful of the property.

Excellent service, great choice
Tony was welcoming but not pushy. He explained the promotions that were currently in store and left us alone to look. When we had a question, he was knowledgeable and honest. There was a lot of choice so it took some time to make a decision but we never felt rushed. Tony helped us to find the best fit to match our needs.
